Very nice workers, they help you figure out payment options after insurance, dentist was very gentle and soft spoken to where my 3 tooth extraction was smoother than other dental work ups I've ever had combined. The team figured out a perfect plan of prioritizing my mouth Care. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very safe and that the dentist actually valued my opinion. They worked with me on a payment plan and I am SO excited to finally have a plan to get my teeth fixed. I miss being able to smile sincerely!!!

It was very good experience, from the beginning to the end of the procedure. Hygienist Elizabeth had treated me very well, she is extraordinary person with genuine and safe heart. Extraction was done by Dr.Hsieh and he finished within the fraction of mins. Well behaved and very good experience. Overall I am happy dental patient with a good smile.

This place is amazing. They help you with what is best for you and prices. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled yesterday by Dr. Hsieh plus Mercedes. They were amazing it was very fast. they were so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for any better

I walked into Aspen Dental with a huge dental problem! I was desperate to get it solved. They were so professional, kind, concerned and inexpensive! I was treated with so much respect! From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the actual dentist, my visit was beyond awesome!! Highly recommend!!!!!

This is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had. The office was very warm and inviting, every staff member was kind and professional, and the doctor was very good. I will be using Aspen for any and all dental work in the future. 10/10

This place is great. Every person I spoke with and had interaction with was friendly and very through explaining what was happening. Had my gums cleaned and 2 teeth pulled. Both doctors made sure my level of comfort was good and made the procedures very stress free. Would reccomend to anyone in need of any dental work!

Found it to be a Great place friendly Staff that Care I decided to have my teeth pulled the one guy been in there 3 times in 10 days I was screaming in pain although there wasn't much they could do that day that treated me with kind hearted un judgemental and very friendly Staff Clean inside Dentist can be the last place people go it's nice to see there is hope out there teeth pain the worst so I'm in Aww of them really Thanks Aspen Dental I'll be back for the Dentures

My old broken dentures were repaired quickly at a very reasonable price - and they are just as comfortable as when they were new! Wonderful work by a great team! Thanks to all the staff at Aspen Dental!

10/10 recommend THIS specific location! I went in this morning with emergency dental pain due to a severely infected and broken wisdom tooth. I do NOT have insurance either, but they took amazing care of me and didn't make me feel like I was less important because of not having insurance. I was brought back by the dental assistant Eugenia who did my X-rays. I was in so much pain I was crying the entire time and she moved as fast as she could move trying to get the pictures taken and get me more comfortable. I was then seen by the dentist, doctor Dehsieh. He was AMAZING! He seen that my mouth was horribly infected and sent an antibiotic to my pharmacy to get me started immediately. I sat down with the financial consultant, Max, who was also very very nice and very helpful. He walked me through all my options and got me set up with an EXTREMELY affordable payment plan. Then the team got me in a chair immediately and began the extraction of my wisdom tooth. I have extreme dental anxiety because of childhood trauma both by family and by professionals. So when I had an anxiety attack in the chair, doctor Dehsieh and his assistant Tracia were very calming, soothing, and just so understanding. This entire dental team is full of nothing but compassionate, understanding, and kind individuals. Tracia talked to me and rubbed my arm the entire time I was having anxiety, and only after I calmed down did they begin the work. I will never go anywhere else for dental work ever again. It is very hard for me to say I like my dentist...but this place has 100% taken care of me in the best possible way and they have my utmost gratitude. Thank you to everyone involved today even the desk staff!! You were all so incredibly helpful! I am already feeling so much better. Thank you!!!

I was afraid but once I started talking to the staff I started calming down see I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years because of a illness but the staff made me feel at ease. I'm going to tell everyone who needs a dentist to go thete thank you so much

I had a procedure today with Dr hesei and Mercedes, they were the most pleasant people to have do my procedure.
They had answers for all of my questions and made my visit so pleasant, I would recommend them in a heartbeat

2/28/24 was my very first visit and I have to say it was the best experience, the person i spoke to over the phone was extremely nice, and to my surprise the staff inside were amazingly nice, and helpful, they have all the needed equipment for everything, I'm lucky to be living near this place

Staff was very kind and helpful, especially around my dental anxiety and helped set me up on a plan that fit my budget

I saw Dr. Hsich and Mercedes today to get my permanent crown, they were excellent, very gentle. They both told me what they were doing at each step. Dr. Hsich deadened my gums without any pain, just amazing. I have received excellent care from everyone at this office. Thank you.

First of all I was very impressed with the lady at the front desk, who worked diligently to figure out our insurance which is new so I knew nothing.. it took her quite a while being on the phone calling this person and that person, but she got it figured out, and maintained a positive demeanor the entire time! Not easily done, and I'm sure all of us can understand how impressive that is. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful, and considering I went with my two young children, they were all willing to help in anyway they could. They were also very focused on providing the best possible care not only to us, but to every other patient as well.. I'd highly recommend aspen dental Ypsilanti office to anyone☺
