I really appreciated the patience, and the services provided to me here! Sam was the gentleman that helped me get everything in order for my new account, and he also honored me as a nurse and offered me a good deal for being a first responder! I really appreciate and value good service. Thank you Sam!!!!!

Brian Barker is fantastic consultant at ATT Ypsilanti store. He helped us resolve the issue that could not resolve by customer care team. I can't tell you how appreciative I have been dealing with Connor at your store on Carpenter Rd. I was in there 4 times in as many days and actually also called him once. He greeted me every time with a smile on his face and I was made to feel very comfortabl. I am 'old school' in regards to a lot of things however not once did he make me feel like I was a lost cause. Sam spent over 3 hours moving our ginormous plan with Verizon to a much faster and cheaper plan with ATT. He was patient and efficient and I walked out with everything fully synced and working seamlessly.

The best customer service experience! We came in looking to start a new phone plan with 4 people, all with complicated circumstances, and Taniece went above and beyond to accommodate us and give us the best deal possible. She was so nice and friendly, and helped as as much as we needed! Definitely recommend Taniece and this AT&T location

We went in a week ago needing a brand new phone plan and new phones with multiple people on the plan. Taniece was amazing!! She was so helpful with the whole process and eased our anxiety about all of it. She is so knowledgeable and overall is so kind!!

Sean and Sam were both really helpful today. I had issues with my iPhone that I had no clue as to what to do. Sean got me all straightened out and Sam shared with me some options that were to my benefit.

Highly recommend going to see Andrew, he was super helpful and efficient. He sorted out what I needed and made the process very easy.

I came in to switch out my samsung for an iphone and i was very panicky due to issues that were 100% fixable (lol). Theo helped me with changing my settings to fit what I purchased the device for. He literally knew the device inside and out, extraordinarly helpful, very personable, kind and just awesome honestly. I have severe anxiety and Theo & Jacob were very gentle and kind. I left very happy!

Theo the store manager was exceptional! Initially I had no interest in switching to fiber as I had some misconceptions about it. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. I can't say enough about his professionalism and patience. He spent so much time with me in the store and on the phone. At one point while hooking it up at home I had trouble. AMAZINGLY he came to my house on his lunch hour and fixed it! This is service above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I am telling all my friends and family, and if they switch they will go to him. THANK YOU THEO! Oh, and I'm very happy with the product

The new manager at this location, Theo, is exceptional. I have been a customer of his for a few months now, and every time I go into the store he is very attentive, patient, and takes very good care of me. He’s originally helped me at a different location, but without a doubt, he offers outstanding customer service. The company should get more employees like him.

So I went in the store with an iPhone 7 and came out with a 13. Cordell (Brian) Barker II helped me out. I was expecting a big sales push to the 14, like I had just gotten at the Apple Store at the mall. They made me feel stupid for not wanting to spend $$$ to get the latest. Cordell listened to what I wanted and hooked me up with a 13 at a good price. Exactly what I needed. He was even patient with me when my old 7 lost power during the data transfer,
;started the transfer again and even hooked me up with a water. Shout out to Cordell: now that’s customer service!

Cordell was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. He did a great job helping make sure our bill was correct and did everything he could to make our experience quick and thorough.
