The Inns at Greenleaf Lane

We had a wonderful stay here for Labor Day Weekend! Pam was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Being just steps away from the shops and restaurants in town was really convenient and the view of the harbor from the inn was fantastic. They have some great seating areas in and around the property so we spent lots of time just watching the boats come in and enjoying the ocean breeze.

Although they are not serving breakfast at the moment, they invited us to use the kitchen as we please and had the fridge stocked with fresh fruit, yogurt, and bagels for everyone to enjoy. They also recommended several breakfast spots in town that were less than a minute walk from the inn.

We will definitely be coming back for another stay here and are so grateful we found such a perfect place to stay right in town!

Ben and the staff at the Inn made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed in suite 12 in the Admiral’s Quarters. The suite was very clean and spacious. Our favorite feature was the private balcony with a beautiful view of the harbor. In the morning, we watched the boats go out as we enjoyed our coffee and delicious breakfast provided by the Inn. In the evening, we enjoyed a cocktail while watching the sunset. There is a mini fridge in the room, so you can bring your favorite snacks and drinks and feel right at home.

Great location downtown. Lots of restaurants downtown. Management is hands off but there when you need something. The kitchen was excellent. Very interesting house.

Always a great place to stay in Boothbay Harbor! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, breakfast is always a highlight of our stay, and Ben and the staff are kind, courteous, and attentive. It's close enough to downtown that everything is a short walk, but far enough that you don't have to deal with crowds or traffic even during busy times. This is our third year at Greenleaf, and it will always feel like home to us!

Amazing. We stayed in #11 which has its own balcony with a beautiful view of the water. Ben was incredible and went above and beyond for my husbands birthday. The breakfasts were thoughtful and delicious. What a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you stay there.

This is the cutest and nicest hotel/bed and breakfast! The rooms are gorgeous and homey and you feel like your in a small hotel not a b and b because you can't hear the other guests at all. The breakfasts are delicious and very hearty so you won't go hungry.t he views are amazing!!! You won't ever want to leave your balcony but you will because the town is super cute with many quaint restaurants and shopping.

The Inns at Greenleaf Lane are located in the perfect spot in Boothbay Harbor. Featuring stunning views and only a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. They have an AMAZING staff and go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. I highly recommend it!

Ben and his family operate a lovely inn - breakfasts were yummy, the rooms were comfortable and welcoming and the common area details were beyond our expectations. Wi-fi (a must for us) was reliable and fast. We stayed in both buildings - my MIL in Greenleaf 2, my DH, son and I in Admirals 6. Both rooms had good views of the harbor. We'd go back again next year given the opportunity!

Good size rooms. Sun was pouring in the large windows this morning! Bathroom was a nice size and had a full size deep tub. Breakfast was hearty and included a wide selection of pastries and juice. This place has a full view of the harbor and in easy walking distance to the town center.

This place is amazing. The Inn keeper Ben does an outstanding job. The rooms are nice and clean. The rooms have an amazing view. The breakfast is great. My wife and I will definitely be back again.

Stop scrolling because this is the spot! I almost did not want to post a review because I wanted to be greedy and leave this little jem all to myself.... mwahahahaha! You can't beat the wonderful views and how gorgeous this boutique "bed and breakfast" inn has to offer. The extreemly well manicured lawn that pampers your feet flows into luscious landscaping that locks the inn to the surroundings creating a tranquil experience that words can not even begin to describe.

Ben I have to give you and your staff a shoutout here because your team is also a huge part of the wonderful experience that both my wife and I had. Ben won't take the credit i know but he deserves only the best. Thank you again for such great hospitality and we look forward to our next visit to the Greenleaf Inn - Captains Quarters - room 9 again.

You guys rock and made the beginning of our honeymoon simply the best. See you again soon and take care this winter.

Best Bed & breakfast in Boothbay Harbor. The breakfasts are sooo good. Ben & his staff do a fantastic job with everything.
