Harborage Inn on the Oceanfront

Lovely! We had a wonderful stay at this cozy inn and would go back in a heartbeat. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was adorable, very clean, and comfortable. We also loved the view of the harbor from the decks complete with patio furniture. Homemade breakfast delivered right our room: AMAZING. In the heart of downtown, everything we wanted was within easy walking distance. Highly recommend!

Spent a wonderful long weekend here celebrating our anniversary. The room was bright and comfortable, the deck was a fantastic spot to read and watch the tides, the waterfront hot tub was a luxurious treat on a crisp fall day, and the breakfasts each day were just top notch. We can't wait to come back!

Thank you to Mark and Brooke for excellent service during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were located near many great restaurants, shops and ice cream. We looked forward to breakfast every morning because it was deliciously prepared!

Great location, right in downtown of Boothbay. Modern and clean room, fireplace, spacious bathroom with all toiletries. And the views, just stunning. Hosts Brooke and Mark were amazing, they deeply care about each guest and room service breakfast was delicious with so many different options each morning. Highly recommended!!!

We had the best experience at the Harborage Inn. The owners greeted us and helped us with our bags. The room was spacious and well-appointed. They provided a wine key, a large mini fridge, makeup remover towelettes, bathrobes. The bed had the most comfortable linens. The hot tub has reservation slots to allow you privacy and is located outside by the dock, overlooking the harbor. The in-room breakfast was incredibly delicious and delivery was prompt. The location was perfect for walking into town. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here last night for a quick little one night trip to Boothbay Harbor! We were very impressed with the service and room set up! Everything was super clean and taken care of, the scenery is beautiful, and the inn keepers were so kind and helpful! We were very impressed and we will be back!

I took my wife here for her birthday and it exceeded all expectations. I got an extra room for my mom who wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday and celebrate with us. She was also blown away by the whole experience. Both rooms had incredible ocean views with a gas fire place inside to really make it feel cozy. Across the street from the hotel is a theatre that performs often. We were lucky enough to sit out on the inns deck wrapped in blankets listening to the concert and hearing it beautifully. Although we did not use it the inn offers a hot tub right down on the ocean! They also have a wonderful dock to get the full ocean effect. Don’t rush out of town the next morning. This place offers the best breakfast in town! Delivered to your door this food is some of the best bites we had on my wife’s birthday getaway. The owners of this inn truly want to provide an incredible experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. They are gushing with warm hospitality and ready to meet all of your needs. We can not wait to go back and would never stay anywhere else.

Thanks to the Innkeepers/hosts Brooke and Mark who just took over the Inn 6 weeks earlier are amazing and so welcoming!
They go out of their way to accommodate you with anything you need on your stay.
I enjoyed the large hot tub sitting literally on the ocean and every time I asked to use it, they brought to my room a fresh towel with a spa robe and let me know the tub was ready whenever I requested it.
The breakfast that is served to your room was wonderful and the rooms immaculate and beautifully appointed.
The views from the beautiful porch never seize to amaze me!
I have traveled most of my life for work and pleasure and this was one of my favorite places ever.
I look forward to another stay at Harborage Inn and spent more time exploring the Boothbay area and enjoying the hot tub!

I’m gluten free and they’ve been great to make awesome breakfast’s that are delicious every day. Our room couldn’t have a better view or be cleaner. If you’re looking for a nice place to enjoy your vacation, I’d highly recommend visiting here.

MY FAVORITE HOTEL EVER!!! The room (12) is breathtaking, huge, has everything you could need, and a view to die for. I am actually sad to be leaving it. The room service breakfasts are amazing and custom, the little electric fireplace adorable, the beds ridiculously comfortable - just PERFECT. Walkable to restaurants and shopping, right on the water, truly my favorite place ever. Worth every single penny.

Our room had an ocean view and a balcony and was absolutely breathtaking! The room was super clean, well appointed and looked very new, recently renovated. Breakfast was phenomenal, complimentary room service cooked meals, especially with the ocean view! Lastly, the staff were all very professional and friendly. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning again next year!

I was given this option for a bed and breakfast from my boyfriend who had suggested it because it was on purple roofs, a sort of directory of queer friendly places for people to stay the night.

The view of the harbor was not so visible from the room being a street view but even the street view at winter was positively majestic, getting a good view of the Opera House.

The place had some issues with warmth but I think we managed to settle them by playing with the thermostat.

The beds were firm and while uncomfortable at first took some time to get used to. Firm mattress lovers rejoice!

The shower and surprisingly and lovingly hot and the indoor jacuzzi had good temperature in Jets and complimentary bath salts.

We did not try the outdoor hot tub as it was not in service during the time.

Check in and check out was positively Swift and friendly. The food was absolutely good and was delivered directly to the room stellar and delicious and very filling.

On the first day my boyfriend ordered the grain bowl which had a larger amount of yogurt than they had liked but was still very filling and nourishing with lots of balanced fruit and grains.

I had the French toast which was delightfully sweet and paired well with the almonds and drizzle.

The juice was nice and tart and the hot chocolate was very decadent.

This place is a genuine treasure and I recommend it not just a queer people like Us but anyone who wants to have the nice critter comforts of home, within just a few minutes walk of some of the greatest shops within BoothBay Harbor.

1st time staying here and will definitely be back. Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, brought right to our door. Excellent location and the hosts couldn't be nicer!!!

Absolutely amazing, comfortable and quaint inn. The breakfast is great, fresh and hearty. We had different selections each day with options in between for all. It is RIGHT in the heart of boothsbay, easy and walkable for everyone. Also loved the jacuzzi and closeness to the harbor and footbridge. So glad we stayed here

What a lovely inn!! We only stayed one night, but everything was perfect! The room was very cozy….everything we needed, with a cute table outside for two. It’s just a block or so from the downtown shopping and restaurant area. The hosts of the inn were so friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast they served (a choice of three or four entrees) was spectacular! Beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. Thank you, Harborage Inn, for a wonderful stay in beautiful Boothbay Harbor!

We stayed for a labor day weekend, and even though they were incredibly busy it was amazing service! We enjoyed the fresh breakfast and welcoming service from the staff, especially Miles! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and very walkable to restaurants, the footbridge, and boat tours. So glad we booked and went with this choice.

What an amazing stay we had back in August of 2021! Stayed here for one night and immediately fell in love with this B&B. Room was immaculately clean, check-in was super easy, the next morning... fresh cook-to-order breakfast was deliver to our room and it was to die for! So glad we have stumbled upon Harborage Inn. We just booked a weekend getaway in April and can't wait to go back and try out their oceanfront hot tub!

We stayed 3 nights. Had a great room with outside deck with a small table and 2 chairs. We ate breakfast every morning out there...beautiful! The breakfasts were brought to us by the house staff and served at a time we selected. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and comfortable with a large bathroom. Also had a small dock on the water we could sit on. Downtown Boothbay Harbor was within a short walking distance, too. I would definitely go back again!!!
