I just love this Pilot the Subway and Taco Bell are amazing to and im not just saying that because I'm a Subway employee there 😋 I absolutely love this location hence to why I love my job so much there ❤

Despite me having multiple personal issues the staff that was working Monday September 4th 2023 we're not only kind and compassionate but they assisted me with the utmost care and concern. From the front door register attendants to the back shower and laundry they really helped me handle my issues and cheered me up on a human level and I thank them for it! All while tending to others and keeping the truck stop tip top. Clean showers and restroom. Hope to come 🔙 🔜 A+

One of my favorite truck stops nationwide. This is one of the few places I can buy milk by the carton. The bathrooms are always clean. Staff is approachable and helpful. The store is clean and organized and quiet. We have always been able to get parking here no matter what time we show up. It's the truck stop I am aiming for if I come by St. Louis. Safe travels

I accidentally locked myself out of my truck early in the morning, but the security officer and attendants made life very easy for me. They were all very kind and helpful, and offered me every helping hand I could have asked for while I waited for a locksmith. Amazing crew!

I was there when the Taco Bell flooded today. The employees were champs. One kept a squeegee, one kept a mop, one told customers the system was down, and the other got the leaky windows taken care of.They need a shop vac with how much water they get when it floods, but other than that, they were amazing. Seriously need a raise for dealing with that.

I have been to alot of pilots flying js this place here is so clean and the staff is awesome.maybe they need to send thier team around the united states store to train them

I am changing my review because your employees do their best to give drivers what they need at any hour. Now its the TRUCK DRIVER of today that make a truck stop what it is. DRIVERS that are supposed to be professional dressing like slobs with flip flops and god knows what kind of pants or rags and drivers taking as long as they can at the fuel island not caring about the next driver causing fuel islands to back up. This morning as i was fueling after i was done i had to back out of the fuel island and i seen another trucker doing the same thing. Most truck stops are the way they are because of disrepectfull unprofessional so called drivers. From peeing on the ground to throwing trash out the window with a trash can 5 ft away. Drivers of today leave me no hope for the future in trucking.

By far the worst service ever while the mger stands and talks away with the police the su way worker is in the bathroom. While a big line tacobell workers with an additude talking bout subway worker has a bladder problem mind u its been already more than 20 min. Then tacobell worker claim to not have any beef like really how does that happen .. we go ask the Manger walks by to get soda from tacobell and walks back with a smerk on her face .. its so aggravating so we ask while paying so theres nobody working in subways and she proceeds to say shes in the reast room we like we been waiting for more than 20 min shes like o well she on break then like are u jidding me you pass by see the line and and knowing this still doesnt say anything and lets ppl just stand there

Very nice atmosphere, nice cashier very helpful an pleasant

They have a subway and taco bell inside.
The only downside is everything inside is pretty expensive.

Great place for gas and food taco bell or subway!

Gateway way nice, huge parking space right off the highway. It’s pretty busy there as well, but in a good way. Check them out when you get the chance. Tell them that Nate sent you. LOL

Good place to have a public meet up right between Missouri and Illinois and is what you expect of any other trucker gas station.

I'm a retired OTR driver for some time now but Gateway has always been good to me and it's nice see not much has changed. Except for the price on the sign out front. Big thanks to you all who've kept it movin ✌🏽

I am not a fan of Pilot Flying J but this place deserves a little credit for its size and courteous employees!

Always a pleasure. Great customer service with a smile. No long wait while in line. Delicious warm Cinnamon Buns for you & Family. Don't forget to walk through to their Denny's restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Love this place for a quick stop to gamble on the slots.Nice and plenty of room to be seated not all cramped together.
