Flagship Inn

I had an exceptional stay at Flagship Inn. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, particularly V, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my entire stay. Their warm welcome and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a convenient location. I highly recommend Flagship Inn to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, and I can't thank V enough for their outstanding service."

Basically we got scammed by another accommodation, and just popped up at flagship tired,upset,nowhere to go and the young man was so nice,and understood and felt for me and my husband and really went out his way to make sure we could lay our head,get dress for the wedding and be comfortable. The room was clean updated and beds are comfortable. We will be back and recommend flagship to anyone looking for a hotel stay at boothbay. Thank you again for such great hospitality. The Flagship Inn is a great gem to find! Close to the Boothbay city center, it has recently renovated, quaint rooms and great service. Rooms are clean and nice. Vee, the general manager, was very accommodating (for example, when we requested extra blankets or keys) and always had a smile on his face. We had a wonderful stay and will return! Highly recommend.

A few negative reviews which I really don’t get. We paid a fairly cheap amount for our room, and it was everything we expected for that price. Bathroom was very clean, sheets and pillows clean, room was recently renovated, service was great.

Rooms have been updated since my prior stay. Very clean, new floors, no odors, and friendly, attentive service. Definitely plan on staying there again. Convenient location, walking distance to supermarket, pizza place, and ice cream. Very reasonable rate as well.

The employees were very friendly, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Nice, quiet area in Boothbay Harbor. We liked the continental breakfast, the cute frige and microwave and Penny Preserve next door for walking our dogs.

Stylish room with fun retro-style appliances, beautiful walk-in shower, all newly done. Very reasonable rates and convenient (very short drive) to waterfront Boothbay. Fun, conscientious and helpful host/owner. Pool will be lovely when it opens - we enjoyed sitting by it on comfortable lounge chairs. Go early to Farm 23 (short drive) for lattes and stellar baked goods, and Downeast Ice Cream Factory across the (busy) street for wonderful ice cream. Walk to Hannaford next door. Great staff. Thanks for a lovely stay - our family will certainly be back again!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I got a pleasant stay. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Customer service was great. Room was clean and cute. Bed was comfortable. Pet friendly with only $25 fee off season. Close to many things.

This hotel is definitely worth the money and is close to everything. I actually had to leave a day earlier than planned and did not even request a partial refund because I was happy with the service, cleanliness and location.

Nice little place in a nice location. Close to town makes it quick and easy to navigate, location off main road is much quieter than anticipated. We enjoyed a few walks through the adjacent Penny Lake Preserve, and ice cream after from the cute little shop right in the parking lot. The breakfast offerings include a couple hot options, plus standard continental things. Nothing spectacular, but decent enough for a quick start.

Very clean up to date hotel!! Very Nice rooms, Love the salt water pool and hot tub!! Very well kept! Delicious restaurant in parking lot. Right next door to Grocery store, cinema, 2 ice cream stands, and fruit veggie stand! Also within walking distance of downtown Boothbay Harbor!! Great place!!! Will diffenatly stay again! Wonderful and helpful staff!! Lovely front desk girl is very helpful and awesome!!!!🥰

Outstanding experience. Great service, rooms, heated outdoor pool/hot tub, proximity to town, and great food at Anchor including a sizeable (free) breakfast with cold and hot food and good coffee.

We will be back next year for sure!

The rooms were clean & with ample space. The pool was nice and there were Adirondack chairs to relax around trees on the property. There was a children''s playground. Easy access to the town and stores around the area. We were very happy with our stay. I highly recommend.

The room was clean and neat. Good ventilation. The toilet was a bit loose on the base. Easy fix. The fridge was larger than a standard cube and the microvwave was clean and in good working order. We had plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. Replacement linens were easily obtained as we opted to not have our room cleaned for the duration of our four night stay. Friendly helpful staff and a nice continental breakfast. The heated pool was a bit cool and needed to be skimmed for detritus but it was definitely swimmable. Plenty of fresh towels on hand there too. Convenient location with a nature trail just steps from the property, a reasonably priced restaurant across the street and a grocery store four doors down. The ice cream shop in the parking lot was just a bonus. Happily stay again if we are in the area!

I have stayed in many major hotel chains all over and have never received such amazing and welcoming service. From the moment I called for a room in a panic due to a family member passing Megan helped me get a room despite the fact they were fully booked. Blaze gave us the warmest welcome and Gavin was there to answer our questions and assist us whenever we needed help. The room was clean and up to par along with the pool to cool off on a hot summer day! A huge thank you to the amazing staff here I couldn’t be more grateful.

This is a decent place to stay. The rooms are very basic, roadside motel rooms, but clean. They have a community space next to the pool where they serve a pretty decent grab and go breakfast. They had egg, sausage or bacon sandwiches, cereals, muffins, waffles, bagels, yogurts, little cups of milk, orange or cranberry juice and fresh coffee. Plus right on site, just a walk across the parking lot is a little ice cream stand. Across the road there's a gas/convenience store and a laundromat as well. Plus in the summer months the city offers a trolley from local hotels into town to save parking, which is tight in downtown.

Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff and dog friendly. Great location just outside the craziness of downtown Boothbay Harbor. Nice breakfast each morning and a fun restaurant for evenings right on site. Had a great BBQ on Saturday. There is a great dog walking area right across the bridge and behind the Carousel Theatre (Penny Lake Reservation) Another great dog walk spot nearby was Dodge Point
