Salesman was very nice and helpful and not pushy, which I loved. Decent selection of reclining sofas even tho I ended up going somewhere else.

I like this furniture store it’s not over priced not pushy about sells, very nice and willing to help I purchased 2 bed sets,mattress and now a new bed frame and I’m looking forward to buying a new living room set so happy!! I recommend shopping here,Austin and a bunch of other guys and delivery team run smooth they don’t toss and throw your furniture!

I had been searching for the right mattress for me. I found one at John Paras furniture in West Valley. Not only did I get a bargain on my mattress, I bought a beautiful mattress!! The salesman was very helpful. I got a mattress cover at a really good price too. If you buy a mattress be sure to ask about any fees like hauling away an old mattress or setting up a bed. I plan to go back and find that couch that I NEED badly!! :) Thank-you John Paras, for being in business forever and a day!!

Gary was amazing to work with. I visited Ashley furniture as well as RC Willey to do some comparative shopping. Only to find myself back at John Paras again after many years. The quality and prices still just can’t be beat.

Jim, the store manager welcomed us to this store. He's very knowledgeable, kind, and very pleasant to talk to. Went to Rc willey and Ashley twice but couldnt find the bed that we want. At this place, we couldnt decide which bed to choose. Highly recommend this place!

We were looking on their site for a new double recliner, and saw one we were interested in. Went in about 15 minutes before closing (sorry, guys), and greeted us right away. We asked about the one we were looking for; they told us that the brand is not one they keep in stock, and would probably be a couple months before their next shipment from homelegance. We looked around a bit, then filled out a credit application, and Austin walked us through more, showing us what they do have in stock while Cliff ran the credit check. Austin helped us pick out something we absolutely loved, in a color we wanted. Delivery is scheduled. Props to Austin, Cliff, and Dave, for helping us out, even at the late time, before closing! Would absolutely return, and refer others!

Pretty good prices comparatively. I love going here because they let you wander and they don't hound dog you the whole time. Easy to find and great access.

Wonderful service as always here. After inquiring how they can be of help, they direct you to where to look in their store. Once we explained we were just browsing, they let us know they were available for any questions, then left us to it. Nice selection. Good quality and fair prices.

The sales person Tim was very nice, he answered all of our questions and was very helpful. A nice addition was that we didn’t feel pushed to buy from this store like the other stores we visited.
We found the sectional we were looking for and we’re happy to hear it was local company that manufactures the one we got. We are also happy with the quality, price, and fast delivery as we got it the next day!

I was greeted the minute I walked in the store. Gary couldn't have been nicer. He went above and beyond to help me match a sofa pillow that I had brought to find a love seat that would compliment it. He also helped me find a sideboard for the living room ( I called it a credenza). All in all it was a wonderful experience and the quality of the pieces that I purchased is amazing.......

Returned to purchase additional furniture to help downsize. Janet, Gail was so patient and helpful! I love the quality and selection options. She truly earned her commission!

Austin was awesome he helped us find what we needed no pressure let us do what we wanted and told us just to let him know when we need help I would recommend this place if you want no pressure purchase on furniture

my wife and I love this store they are very respectful and knowledgeable great prices the sales associate Janet is truly great to work with she's very friendly and nice she doesn't get in your face trying to force you to buy anything and will go above and beyond to try to find and or get you the best prices possible!!! The 2 delivery guy's where very nice and respectful as well!!! They did all they could do to help me in this new crazy world we are living in!!! We worked with Cub, he was exceptionally knowledgeable about each of his products, promotions, and he had an attitude that showed he truly cared about helping my family find the right fit for us. I am so excited about the piece we purchased, and the free delivery! I highly recommend him, and will definitely be back to shop for our next buy!

These guys are awesome. We purchased a bed frame and head board set from them yesterday. The sales lady was very attentive and informative. The delivery guys were right on time and literally setup everything for us. They even went the extra mile and helped us unpack and setup our Purple mattress which weighs almost 200 lbs!

At a gas station on Redwood Road today, a man wearing a John Paras shirt helped a lady jump her car. He was very gracious. This reflects well on your company and the quality of people you employ. Thanks for the uplift!

Fair prices, good selection, great delivery and set up, great service. Patient and willing to talk about different options and explain the differences in products. I ordered a few rooms of furniture and I'm happy with my experience. Nice clearance section in back. I will be shopping here again.

Had a great experience with the John Paras in Sandy a couple years back so we thought we'd drop into this one on our way home from dinner to check it out. Left with two pieces of furniture and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Jim was excellent to work with, gave us realistic time expectations on our custom order piece, pricing was fair, and the free delivery was executed seamlessly. Great experience all around.

They are friendly, not pushy and have the best prices! Free delivery is wonderful. The same Ashley sofa was more expensive at Ashley and you have to pay for delivery. Jim was really nice and helpful in picking out the perfect sofa to meet our needs and steered me away from staining fabrics as we have two kids. We ended up getting a faux leather reclining sofa for a really great price. The sofa we purchased had a couple of small blemishes upon delivery, and the manager Gary and staff really seemed to care and worked with us to rectify the problem. Highly recommend! We will be back for future purchases!

What a great experience! Our salesman helped us pick out a very high-quality leather sofa and love seat. He also placed a special order in fabric and wood finishes that we chose to match our decor. The prices were considerably lower than 3 of the other places I had shopped at! We had very professional men deliver the furniture and get it set up exactly where we wanted it, and they didn’t charge extra for that! I felt like my business was truly appreciated and everybody there made me feel like a VIP customer! I would highly recommend John Paras Furniture to anybody in the market to furnish their home!

They have furniture and mattresses and you can find some great deals in the clearance part of the store. All of the employees we've met have been honest and kind. The sales associates are wonderful about giving you information, and also giving you space to consider your options.
