Absolutely LOVE this place! The suites are extremely clean and updated, staff are attentive, friendly, and very helpful with everything. There is an onsite gym, a heated pool, and a hot tub on the first floor. The building is right across from Short Sands Beach and conveniently located near everything (boutique/souvenir stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, brewery, bowling alley/arcade, zoo/amusement park, and more!). Totally enjoyed the stay each time I’m up here and will certainly return to this place more often! Great job YBRC and thank you for everything!

Great, clean, safe and secure place. Conveniently located, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance.

The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The large room and salt water pool were exceptional along with service staff to clean the room or to answer questions. We’ve stayed as a family in York, ME for the past few years. They made this year exceptional. The valet off-street secure parking was a definite plus along with the manager’s suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Beautiful resort in a lovely New England seaside town; located just across from the beach. Rooms are beautiful, furnishings are lovely. Had a great time at this resort! Fantastic top floor outside deck. Can't wait to go back and enjoy the deck in the warmer weather.

Can't beat this location! It's right across the street from short sands and the amenities are wonderful. My nephew has a timeshare here for a few days every 6 weeks, two beautifully equipped rooms, with a full size fridge in a kitchenette, and he can sleep up to eight which is good because he has family that often show up unannounced that want to stay over.

Packed up the kids in the VW bus and headed out for Labor Day weekend at the beach with some great friends. The condo was ground zero at York Beach. The center of everything family friendly town. The accommodations was quiet, private and very enjoyable. Salt water pool, great ocean view of Short Sands Beach, all the restaurants and cute, sometimes unique

Beautiful place located right in the middle of all Short Sands Beach had to offer. The new restaurant on the ground floor is great also.

I love these resort with all my heart it was a true blessing working here and for all the lovely owners . I miss you all so much Thank you to the owners who encouraged me to fallow my dreams of becoming a lna even tho I haven’t seen you guys in so long it still means the world to me. I miss working there with the girls and seeing everyone’s happy smiles as they head to a day of fun in the sun , especially our four legged furry friends . ♥

Most modern and cleanest accommodations in York Beach. You also can't beat the location, just steps from Short Sands! The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location. My only gripe would be parking, which is a couple blocks away from the actual hotel.

We have been owners for almost 2 years. It has been the perfect get away place for us. Accommodations are beautiful. Amenities are great and the staff are terrific.
