All fantastic people! I have been a patient of Dr. Engelen for many years, and have seen Drs. Cooper and Williams when needed. They are all caring, wonderful people, and I would recommend them highly. Dr. Engelen and Rachael, in particular, helped me tremendously on the path to discovering how to best treat my conditions, and have helped me develop a long-term care plan.

Dr. Williams and his staff are amazing. They took great care of me before, during and after my tendon repair surgery.

I went in and had some shots for my knee, which went fine. Was told to do therapy after the shots and that they would send instructions the next day. They didn’t . So I emailed them. And was told they would send instructions again. They didn’t. I’ve now emailed and asked for the therapy four times and still have gotten nothing but “sorry” and excuses. I won’t be back. The waiting area is dated and the front desk staff is quite unfriendly. The person that was in charge of the therapy, Rachel, seemed nice, but cannot simply follow up or keep her promises. I won’t bother them with my money or time in the future.

Literally standing in between two buildings confused on which one it was, and instead of helping me find the office. They cancelled,on the phone with them…I’m walking around in pain trying to find this place. Unbelievable…. Have a little compassion. Very upset

This review is not for the Dr. It is for the office and phones.I am in terrible pain and I am disparately trying to get an appointment with Dr Engelen. It is Friday. Office hours until 4:30 and lunch 12 to 1. It is nearly 2 pm and I get a message when calling stating that they are closed. And given no info when they are opened again. Bad customer service.

Called to make an appointment a week ago, for a GP. I have UHC. The girl who I spoke with asked me to hold on a moment ,and then said they could book the appointment for me. Seeing as this is an otho office, I figured she was checking first to see if I could be seen. Got a call today, 20 minutes before out appointment saying the Dr needs to cancel and I need to go to my PCP. I told them when I called a week ago that I don't have one. Very frustrated that I wasted a week waiting to find this out. Make sure they can actually see you before you go here!
