Crow Point Yoga

I love going to Steph’s Sunday morning class. She is a wonderful guide through an hour practice. She shares her knowledge, focuses on correct form, adds a lot of variety and challenges me at every class. She does all this while keeping us present and able to soak in all the good energy & thoughts she shares every class. The facility is very clean, fully stocked with everything you need and a wonderful little store to browse through at then end of class. It is an oasis I appreciate every week! Sharon and Doug, the owners, are welcoming and supportive. Looking forward to my next Sunday!

Crow Point yoga is a wonderful studio. The studio is lovely. The owner greeted us and taught an amazing flow class. We left the studio feeling energized and ready to explore the area.
