Woodys Brick Oven Pizza

Had a great pizza with my wife last night. She enjoyed a Stromboli and I had a 10" pizza. The employees were very kind and working hard. You can tell they know what they're doing. I run a pizza shop up north, so I mentioned to the owner that her and her team were doing a great job. The teamwork and communication were on point. The pizza was cooked to perfection so much so I may get another before I leave town! 10/10 recommend if you're looking for brick oven NY style pizza. Delicious! Oh, and our server Isabella was very nice and accommodating!

Being a native of the new haven CT area I have a profound opinion of what pizza should be. This establishment has very good pizza.... like 8.5/10 and I haven't found a 10 yet! The staff was friendly as we literally walked in the door upon thier opening for the day. We walked around the shops on the street waiting for the pizza, brought it back to the hotel and can honestly say it was not a disappointment! If you're looking for a good pizza I cannot stress enough how good this place is and they have many unique toppings on thier specials. The inside seemed clean and roomy although at 11 am I cannot comment on the atmosphere. Pizza was fantastic will come again! Also Square pepperoni was cool 😆👌

We had dinner at Woody’s with our family (7 of us). We ordered 3 large pizzas, there was some left over because they are very large. The pizzas were very good as well as the service.

We had an 18" Brixham Range and it was the most flavorful pizza we've had in quite a while. It has ground beef, bacon, pepperoni, sweet sausage, hot sausage and black forest ham. It goes down easy and makes for a spectacular brunch pizza. No char and no indigestion from it.

We got a pickup order tonight. The person taking my order was very nice and the order was complete right on time. Again greeted by another very nice employee when picking up. To complete the so far great experience the food my fiancé and I received was fresh, and excellent. I got a buffalo chicken calzone which had the perfect amount of sauce, ricotta and mozzarella, and fresh white meat chicken. She got the harbor pizza which had fresh mix mozzarella, tomato, and basil. It was perfectly balanced and what I would call “on point.” High quality ingredients, no grease, and that fresh brick oven taste. What a perfect meal to complete our stay in Yorke!

Most paces around York Beach are either a rip off or bad, or both. Woody’s is surprisingly good, and I would argue great pizza. Online ordering was easy and their predictions of when it would be done was spot on. We ordered pickup twice while in York Beach for a week, and both times the orders were accurate, on time, a good value for the money, and darn good pizza. What more could you ask for?

Ordered take out from here one rainy night on vacation and was presently surprised! The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Especially loved the stromboli! They also gave us a giant bowl made out of bread which was pretty cool. The pepperoni on the pizza was in large squares and not greasy at all. Everything tasted very fresh!

This place was awesome! We loved the pizza, the sauce was delightful and the pepperoni's are unique. You may even get to watch them prepare your pizza. The woman who appeared to run the place was so pleasant and kind. She even remembered our friends from the night before which was pretty cool and aware of her. The aura is great. There is plenty of dining space. We just brought our pizza to the beach because it is so close. HUGE plus, three bathrooms. I loved this place. I highly suggest you ignore any bad reviews. The "bad servers" arent there anymore.

Had dinner with my family here Friday of Columbus Day weekend, when everything in York was closed Woody’s was open and dishing delicious pizza! We split a cheese and a cape neddick medium pizza between the four of us with a salad and a couple beers for the parents. The service was fine, we sat down immediately when we arrived at 6:00p. We ordered from the counter and the pizzas arrived in about 15 minutes pipping hot. People seemed to be coming in and picking up to go orders as well as dining in. Very friendly staff, overall we had a great experience. Thanks Woody’s!

Delicious hot homemade pizza. Great menu. It’s a York must visit.

Always great food, friendly service but the pizza toppings are getting less and less. I ordered Sun-dried Tomato. Absoutly Delicious but was lucky if it had a piece of one in each slice. My Sister got Broccoli and there was very little Broccoli on it.bIfbI didn't know what she ordered I would not have known it was Broccoli :( Other than that the flavor was good as always!

Pizza and salads are great. Staff is very friendly. Worth a visit!

Plates and Silverware was extremely clean and the Dishwasher was very efficient in cleaning the tables off. Also great pizza for a Great Price

Service was great, very friendly and quick. If you intend on going for dinner you'll want to get there a bit early there's always a wait, but I think its worth it. Pizza was one of the best I've had, will definitely be going there again.

Ok we traveled to Maine to get married. We traveled around looking for unique resteraunts and diners. What we found in Woodys was some of the best pizza plus a great atmosphere, staff that made you feel like family and you couldn't beat the prices...when we go back this year for our honey moon they will be seeing us again!!! A must eat!!!

The best pizza in York and York Beach. Crust made from scratch, excellent toppings, friendly atmosphere and great location near the zoo and beach. Family owned and operated.

Pizza was very good, I went on Tuesday around noon. My good buddy Jack Farrington was working and made me a great pie.

The pizza here is pretty good and probably the best option if you want to grab something to eat down by the beach. We visit Short sand often and I always look forward to grabbing one of their pizzas for lunch! 🍕🍕🍕

We brought our 5 kids in for lunch yesterday. Great pizza! Awesome service and not a quick wait either! Would recommend!
