Recently I decided I wanted a standby generator. I didn't even shop around. I called Thomas Energy & Electric right off. After reading through their website, I was convinced. From customer service to completion professionalism, teamwork, putting up with me, (I am quite chatty) politeness, and cleanliness the total experience far exceeded my expectations. Thomas and crew will always be my go-to contractors for all things energy and electrical-related!

Thomas Energy installed heat pumps and a heat pump water heater and upgraded our electrical panel. They did excellent work, had great communication with us, came when they said they would, and were very respectful of our home. We were extremely pleased and would recommend them highly.

He arrived at the time he stated and had the issue resolved within 15 minutes! Excellent, timely service. Good prices. Is now called Thomas Energy & Electric. Provides both all energy needs including furnaces, servicing of current utilities, and cost estimates throughout Penobscot, Hancock, and Waldo Counties. Does meticulous work at a fair price, which is rare these days.

I highly recommend this company. Thomas is not only knowledgeable,honest and reliable but fair in pricing. We had to have an electrician come out on a Sunday because we lost power in the basement and he was here within an hour. We will use Thomas in our future electrical needs!

Amazing service, super professional. Husband and I moved here from out of state and they were out here for weeks replacing wires and fixtures throughout the entire house. Not to mention giving suggestions for repairs if he noticed something off that didn’t even have to do with the electric. I don’t think we’ll contact anyone else if we need an electrician.
