Overall a fantastic experience. Zach was extremely helpful and guided my wife and I through the process of ordering a new (very large) couch. From fabric to pillow selections all the way down to the leg color. He kept us informed during the wait between ordering and delivery. The delivery guys were prompt and polite, taking very good care of our new couch and our home. 100% recommend over any other furniture store!

Love this place!! I have been buying there for decades and it has always had great customer service, they don't hustle you,they ask pertinent questions and show to the area where that is and back off and let you shop, staying handy enough in case you have questions. I have never had any problems with the quality of the product and price/quality has always been exceptional.

To say we are happy is an understatement. Zach went above and beyond in showing us many options of quality furniture. He had tons of helpful suggestions to get exactly what we were looking for, including a material that will withstand our four legged pals. He gave us plenty of space to think, plan and order. Delivery was fast and very professional. They even helped us move our old couch. I’ll go back time and time again to support a small business with great customer service.

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible my experience has been with this company! Zach is amazing, he absolutely went above and beyond for me and my client. I had tried to go through other places and they were a terrible waste of time and unnecessary stress. Large furniture selection, and very helpful sales personnel. Zach made us feel welcome, but after explaining the layout, left it to us to look around and made himself available to answer questions . Very comfortable experience with no pressure.

Great friendly service! The sales staff checked in with us shortly after arriving, but didn't hover or pressure. They delivered and assembled our new sectional after removing the existing one. A completely headache free experience all-around!

Extremely helpful staff who try their best to get what you need when you need it.

My shipment was rushed to my door the morning my child was coming home from the hospital less than 30 minutes after it was taken off of their freight truck. I would definitely purchase more furniture from Dorsey Furniture without a second thought.

Recently I needed cushions replaced on 2 of my Best Recliners.The job was done quickly and well for less than $70! My recliners are now so comfortable! I am very pleased with the efficient helpful work done in Dorsey'sFurnitureME workshop.

I absolutely LOVE Dorsey furniture!! They have a unique selection, a little bit of everything. Prices reflect the highest quality, not "disposable" furniture like some other places around town. You could spend $399 elsewhere for a sofa, you get what you pay for... best of luck to you! I have filled our whole house with furniture from Dorsey's! So great to have custom furniture... not cookie cutter!
