Great experience at this unit. Excellent customer service, staff is attentive and always available to help with any issues. I have referred my family here as well. Great location with outside parking and a loading bay. Lots of carts available to move your items. Assisted freight elevator service and clean bathrooms that are available to clients. Highly recommend!

Great self storage. A really good move in experience. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. Every unit is alarmed and the building is temperature controlled. Also a much better place to rent than one of those huge chains. Life storage or cube smart are going to jack up your rent after 3 to 4 months. Access advertises that you pay the same price for a year. Also the location is very easy to get to with lots of space at the loading dock.

Access Storage has been part of my apartment living for over 20 years. They are like family to me. The place is clean, the management and staff is professional warm and friendly. The elevator is large, the loading dock is spacious. I highly recommend this particular facility. I give it a full 5 stars!!!

I’ve been a customer of Access Self Storage for a number of years and the staff is beyond helpful and honest about pricing. I’ve recommended numerous times to friends and family this is the spot to use. The company is family owned and has had the same staff for a long time which says a lot to me about their integrity as a business.

Was a customer for 3+ years while living in Midtown East. Super easy to get to, friendly staff, and reasonably priced with a variety of sizing options and online booking. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I been in this storage for about 7 years.
Excellent location, they are open 7 days a week, and they have a good amount of parking spots, and a loading dock.
The best are the people are extremely helpful, and do every possible effort to get you what you need.

Been here for the past 10 years, I’ve rented out from other locations but this location is by far the best. The staff are one of the best I’ve dealt especially in the office, the units are clean and maintained, and they are flexible with anything you need.

Ross and Juan are great, very smooth getting loaded in. Had to switch to a larger unit at the last minute and they swapped me over quickly.

They have gone beyond their job expectations to understand and help me when I inquire with questions. The storage units are very clean and clear of all smoke. Best place ever! Accepts deliveries at no charge and makes running my business easy. They provide great prices and customer service. I have been loyal customer before 2012. Ross is great! Artie, Carlton, Juan the ones I always see are very nice and Soraya the manager is helpful and always courteous!

The most friendly storage company ever! Affordable and all terms were made clear on the first day for a smooth move in and out. Every time I emailed I received a prompt and detailed response.
