Excellent storage options, team, and customer service. Have used this place for storage and moving for years and can recommend both. Storage prices are best in town, and management is helpful with long-term solutions if you ask. The fact that they include pick-up is convenient, too.

I chose NYC Mini Storage for my storage needs. This was my first experience renting a storage unit, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I want to express my gratitude to each of them for their assistance. I do have one recommendation regarding storage. In today's world, security is becoming increasingly important. Myself and all the other customers have noticed that our boxes were taken into the storage area without being inspected or going through an X-ray check. This is a risky situation. At the very least, a staff member could use detectors to ensure the safety of the boxes. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take this into consideration. Security should be our top priority. Thank you.

Lisette and the gentleman at the counter were very knowledgeable , patient and kind, so was the gentleman that helped us onto the unit.

The Staff at the storage was polite and extremely helpful and very efficient. This includes Carlos who moved my items into the storage by Ben Hur truck and the gentleman behind the counter who helped me open an account. A raise is in order!

The customer service at NYC Mini Storage is absolutely top shelf. The ladies that run the place are attentive, proactive and cheerful. I had to push my reservation back a number of times for which they took initiative to check in with me and accommodated my requests perfectly. The service is fast and effective.
