Jen and the financing team was amazing! I needed a car immediately and I was able to get all my financing documents done prior to my appointment. I was able to come in the next day and look at a few cars and find the perfect one for my family and I. Payments are reasonable (single mom) and I have a car to get the kids, their stuff and I places. Highly recommend!

Kelsey in finance at St Cloud location has been an amazing help! I’m in between jobs at the moment so the finances are a little low. She has been very genuine in recommending the right choices to make. Helped get me to a lower payment as well since all my payments have been on time. Would honestly recommend being helped by her!!

This establishment is amazing they helped me finance and get into an amazing car in my price range the very same day and even stayed almost an hour past their close time just to ensure I could get insurance and leave with the car! Jen at CarHop was truly amazing!! She kept in close contact with me while I was had some bad luck. I finally found the car I wanted but wasn’t able to get it right away. Jen worked with me the whole time and today was the big day. She made the process so easy and simple I was in and out in under an hour. Truly grateful for her and making my first experience at CarHop so worth it!

Candra was AMAZING. She was helping TWO other customers & still was super fast while getting me any and everything I needed! She was also SUPER nice, I’ve never had such great service. She gave me all the time I needed to find my perfect car, she even stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing time to make sure I was all set. It was a long day, I had a lot of mishaps that were my own mistakes and Candra was very patient, let us try every car we liked and any other car that she thought was worth checking out. We ended up finding a car we really enjoyed. It has been a while since we’ve driven a car that’s not riddled with issues so it was nice of her to help us get the car we really wanted!
