My advice is to ask upfront for carfax reports and if they don’t have them, walk away. I wasted a lot of time (and almost wasted a lot of money) getting ready to buy a car from this dealer, only to have one guy show up two hours late and then— to my horror— I found out from calling Honda, giving them the VIN to have them check for recalls, that it actually has a salvage title!! It was marketed to me as a clean title, which is all I will buy because I need insurance to cover it. Nationwide Vehicles Inc. did not bother to check the carfax— or worse, lied to me— and therefore wasted my family’s and my own time. Perhaps someone will want to buy a car from them in the future and that will go very smoothly— just make sure you do your own research and take it to a mechanic before you shell out thousands of dollars.

Upon returning from basic training for the army, my 18 year old bought a 2011 jetta from Saul. He spent every last dollar he made over the summer and was only able to drive the car for one week! The car is a total lemon!! He tried replacing many things and it still doesn't work. He put less than 200 miles on the vehicle. This place took my son for everything he had and he's out not only his hard earned money but he doesn't have a car. I tried contacting with no response. Stay away!

If my experience is typical, you should avoid this dealer. Bought a $10,000 Nissan Rogue three weeks ago. There was no CarFax report and they wouldn’t include one or reimburse us if we bought one. (Red flag #1) Consumer Reports says if a seller won’t furnish one, buy elsewhere! We bought here anyway. Big mistake. The vehicle was nearly empty on gas, had one tire that was dangerously low on air, (10psi) and the exterior was filthy. The dust and dirt was actually concealing numerous scratches that we didn’t notice until after we had it washed! No wonder they didn’t want to clean it up!
We bought the car anyway when we should have walked out. So we had to have it washed and have the tire re-inflated at our time and expense. But wait -There’s more: We only got ONE ignition key and even the fob was aftermarket that had been programmed incorrectly! The buttons were the opposite of their markings! And again, no spare key! Just ONE key! We had to have a spare key made at our time and expense - again. Little things you say? Yes, but they add up. And it’s unprofessional. No one sells cars this unprofessionally. I’m STILL not done either. They messed up on the paperwork requiring us to return to their office to sign something THEY forgot! That meant a 40 mile one way trip! Nothing was offered for the inconvenience or our gas used on this extra trip to their office! But wait: there’s STILL more! Now, we are battling with them for the license plates! They promised to mail them so we wouldn’t have to make yet another trip to their office. But, you guessed it: they haven’t come! They said today: “we mailed them last week” - that’s it. They gave me no tracking number to prove that they mailed anything! I have SO had it with this Mickey Mouse outfit! I have no reason to believe that this place is anything other than lazy, incompetent, and greedy. Apparently, in India, their country of origin, customers are used to this kind of shoddy treatment. It’s typical to jerk people around over there. Just make things up. They put up with it. Well I’m not used to this. PWhen I’m spending $10,000 or more, I expect a few details to be taken care of by the seller. This outfit is strictly cash and carry/self service. They buy from auctions and whatever the condition of the vehicle is when it’s dropped from the transport truck, that’s what you will get! Nothing more. Not a car wash, no checking the tires, no CarFax history, nothing! I won’t dignify this place by calling it “no frills” because these aren’t “frills” - these are things that customers expect. But they don’t get them in India and you won’t get them here either. Not at this place, anyway.
BTW: times are tough. I WANTED to give a small independent seller like this a shot. I really did. They weren’t exactly busy when we came in. I was even going to get a second vehicle in a few weeks for a family member. The salesperson told me he was a “Christian” who believes in honesty and integrity because everything we do will he judged one day. I actually wanted to believe him too…
When I told them about everything I just wrote here, his only reply was: “Sorry for the inconvenience”…that’s it. Sorry.
Well, sorry doesn’t cut it.
Too bad.
They lost a good customer.
I guess business must be booming.
