This place is amazing. Taste is on point with every bite. My only complaint, and it's not a big deal. You have to eat the food next door at their Cafe. If you love Indian food, this is a must try. Definitely the Tikka pizza.

A Family Favorite: Gift of india is our go-to spot for delicious and affordable Indian food. The portions are perfect for sharing, and the menu has something for everyone, from vegetarian options to classic curries. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they're happy to adjust the spice level to your preference.

Oh my goodness, we had the chicken Tikka pizza and the paneer Tikka pizza and I honestly could not tell you which one we loved more! The chicken Tikka had the most delicious savory flavor that kept you coming back for more! It is take out only, but it's well worth it! They also have wraps and other Indian delicacies. I highly recommend trying them out!!

A Hidden Gem: tucked away on a side street, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were happy to explain the different dishes and spice levels to me.

We ordered the Chicken Tikka Pizza. It was so delicious! So many different flavors that worked so well together! We will be back for sure! It’s a take out joint so nothing fancy on the inside, but don’t let that fool you!

I picked up a carry out today so I cannot attest to the service nor atmosphere. I rated 5 stars all around because the food was fantastic! You must get the chicken masala pizza with extra sauce!

Sharing my food experiences is part of what I do, and this was an amazing experience. Not only is the team sweet, helpful and kind, the food is delicious! I love the look of the cafe as well. I could chill here any day. The samosas are soooo tasty, tried an onion one and it blew my mind. Gift of India is true to its name and a total gift to my tastebuds!

Even though Gift of India has been around for 3 years, I had no idea this place existed in Farmington Hills.

I met one of the owners on Sunday, July 26, 2020. He moved from India to USA 6 years ago and then took ownership 3 years ago. Syed took the time to meet me, explain through the menu items, and told me his plans of expansion, which will include a dine-in area plus unique foods you won't find elsewhere.

The only similar place that has Indian fast food that I have been to is Jitis Indian Fusion Food, so I was excited to taste and compare.

Syed said his restaurant specializes in the wraps and rolls and for the large pizza, you can get half and half. So I ordered what he suggested.

The lady said her favorite roll is the lamb keema and that if I wanted to try a vegetarian version, to try the chole. I rarely eat lamb, but when there is lamb option, I definitely gotta try! As for chole, I never had it in a wrap before so had to give it a try too! You also can't have an Indian meal with chaat, so got some pani puri too!

Syed introduced me to a new fruit I never knew existed called chikoo. Chikoo is a fruit that Syed imports from India then its made into a shake. Then it's topped with milk. He says you can't find chikoo shake anywhere else in Michigan!

I gotta say the food was amazing! As for splitting half and half on the pizza, what a great idea. The chicken for the chicken tikka was marinated perfectly and juicy too! Paneer chunks were cut bite sized. And even when you have leftovers, it still tasted as good.
For the chole wrap, I was unsure of the idea since chole is usually more watery but chickpea was cooked through and the sauce was thick that it stayed in the wrap!
I have known about mango lassi and I see it in every Indian restaurant but I have to admit, I never tasted it before. It sure is delicious. But the chikoo shake wowed me even more! I recommend anyone to try it if you visit!

I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants authentic Indian food! Plus, everyone there is super nice!

Indian food with a as twist: The food here was so good. The street has so many Indian restaurants to try from but we happened to try here as it had many new varieties and vegetarian options that were different and drew our attention. We were not disappointed with our choice. The take out place seems ok but the cafe is a good place to hangout, eat food and try the desserts there. They had so many vegetarian options to choose from. There were fusion dishes too that tasted great. Loved the rasmalai cake from the cafe. out of the world.. with such a rich, creamy, light taste. I would say it was so yummylicious that we went back for it again while we were in Detroit. Will definitely go back again next time.

Looking for an authentic Indian experience? Look no further than and Be warned, they don't shy away from the heat here, but if you can handle it, you're in for a treat.

Today I got to try out Gift of India and their indo-american pizzas! I ordered half Chicken Tikka, and the other half was Paneer Tikka pizza.
Overall, I loved experiencing a new flavor fusion. The chicken side was slightly more preferable to me, but the paneer wasn't bad by any means. Just wasn't my personal favorite. The pizza as a whole tho was made super well, loved the sauces that they chose, and the veggies. My one slight complaint is that it wasn't spicy enough for me. And I'm not talking about jalapenos (which you could add according to their website), I'm talking more about spices. If my eyes were blindfolded and I had to guess, an Indian style pizza never would have crossed my mind. When I think Indian I want the heat and the impact from all of those amazing spices.
Again, that is just personal preference. The pizza still tasted delicious. It also looks fantastic. I could even just add some red pepper flakes or something similar when I order next time. And not everyone likes heat. So I am sure this is a perfect pizza for others.
