Tom was our dealer and he did a great job of keeping us informed and what we were getting. Everyone worked together and didn't leave us hanging waiting on anything. It was great to see the comradery. This is my second purchase through Cities Autos, & it’s always a positive experience with never any run around. I got a 2018 ford ecosport, My salesman mark did a wonderful job assisting me. He was very knowledgeable on all of my questions and if he didn’t know he didn’t hesitate asking around to provide with the best information. I had a great experience.

Tom and Mark were so kind/fun, and easy to work with, along with the rest of the staff. My experience was great from the first phone call to driving my new (to me) car off the lot! I had an issue with a punctured tire, after leaving with my new car, and when I brought it back the next day, they were waiting for me. They fixed the tire and I was out of there in under 20 mins. Highly recommend!!

Tom Allen was wonderful to work with. He was so flexible and accommodating to my budget and listened to my preferences. He was very professional and also quite pleasant to talk to. I got my 2019 Nissan Rogue on 2/10/24. I am so pleased with my purchase and the service I have received. All the guys there are so helpful and kind. Any concern I’ve had they have had a solution. Awesome and quick job when it comes to buying vehicles from Julio and Dan!! I’ve gotten both SUV’s from here and love both of them still! Funniest and friendliest place you can go , also the other staff there are so friendly and kind and helped keep my toddlers entertained long enough for me to handle my paperwork. This place is so AWESOME. I haven’t had the best luck since COVID which made my credit score go down trying to stay afloat, but Dan and the staff did everything possible to get me a vehicle. I not only got a vehicle, but they made sure I understood everything about warranty, payments, and any other concerns I had were addressed. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next vehicle.

I worked with Tom. Even though I have high income, I wasn't sure what I would qualify for because I have low credit. Historically, I'm not a fan of Fiat/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram, but Tom found me a wonderful low miles Jeep Liberty and set me up with a great extended power train warranty and GAP contract and he kept my payments under budget. I highly recommend working with Tom and I will definitely return for my future vehicle needs.
