Absolutely the best chinese food I have had in quite some time, and surely the best I've had in Minneapolis, period. I was more than happy to wait 30 minutes for three dishes because it was so fresh. It was clear that nothing had been sitting in a hot-holder all day, the proteins were fresh (not slimy or chewy like it is at so many other places), everything was perfect. I was also very happy with the amount of food I got for what I spent. 100% will be ordering here regularly! (I ordered Vegetable Mei Fun, Roast Pork Chow Mein, Roast Pork Fried Rice, and Roast Pork with Broccoli).

I’ve had their Peanut Butter Chicken at 2 different moments. Both times it was amazing. Savory, a little bit of tanginess as well as a hint of sweetness. The chicken cutlets go perfectly with the sauce it’s in. Combine that with the rice & you’ve got yourself a master piece.

Love the chicken fried rice or shrimp fried rice those are the two I always get affordable place,when you don't have much food .

Not a place you just wanna relax at your leisure. Get your good food and go.

By far the be chinese food I've ever had!! 11 miles from the hotel food is still so hot you can hardly eat it!! Mouth watering will eat here again before the end of my stay in MN

It had been quite a while since I ordered from here (a couple of years, actually), after having a so-so experience beefier, but HOLY MOLEY! Whatever I was disappointed with then has been fixed and then some! First of all: needed some late night food, and this was the only place open late (11PM Fri & Sat) that serves affordable Chinese fare, so that’s awesome! And the food was great across the board! Not to mention piled up. My sweet and sour chicken was overflowing from the carry out container. The spare rib tips tasted great, and even had an appetizing char on them. The crab rangoon were stuffed and flavorful, and the sugared, fried bread was numerous and delicious as a little dessert. Y’all! This place is awesome, and I’m definitely making it my go-to takeout place going forward! Thank you, Yuan Yuan!

The food is always good! I love their peanut butter chicken. My kids and I eat there all the time.

Prices are awesome, everything I've had here has been excellent! Legit my new favorite fast Chinese food place, love it!
I'd suggest getting delivery though, Doordash or whatever. The extra $20 is worth it since it's located in a somewhat rough spot and there isn't anywhere to eat inside.

5 stars for peanut butter chicken and for Shopping Northside.

Grew up eating here. You can't get the amount of for the price like yuan yuan. Peanut butter chicken seems to be their number 1 seller.

It's better to call in, and pick your food up. My favorite is the peanut butter chicken 🤤. Make sure nothing is forgotten and it saves a delivery fee. They have a problem with a lot of people loitering, but that's on the whole strip where the restaurant sits so heads up.

So I went back today and they gave me my free meal as they said they would

Good dinner special. I ordered the pork fried rice and generals chicken but they gave me the fried rice with chicken instead and the generals chicken didn’t taste exactly like generals chicken because it was on the sweeter side and missing a bit of heat, despite that it was good chicken though and although they gave me chicken fried rice instead of pork fried rice the chicken wasn’t dried and tasted pretty good, but next time I hope they give me pork fried rice. Overall I would come here again because the price and food is good. The wait was about 15 minutes so next time I will place an order ahead of time I really recommend you do the same because they get really busy on a Friday night was my experience. Everyone else that came in had placed a carry out order.

The food is excellent! I ordered the lunch special which is pick 2 entrees and some rice or noodles. The orange chicken and peanut butter chicken were both delicious! Prices are very reasonable for what you get. I couldn't even finish my food I was already full! I will be coming back again !

Their food seems to be fresher and not as greasy. I've never had fried chicken wings and vegetable fried rice better than theirs and I travel all over the country! The workers are very good to the customers which isn't always easy!
