Nova Veterinary Clinic

Just switched to Nova after attending their open house and couldn’t be happier after our first visit. As soon as we walked in we were escorted to our exam room—didn’t event have to sit in the lobby! Their rooms are large with big windows and are extremely clean and welcoming. Julia and Dr. Jones were so friendly and handled our kitties with care. This was the first clinic I’ve been to where I could stay with my pets for the whole appointment, which I really enjoyed. They walked us through everything and gave us an estimate before the exam which I found very thoughtful (and affordable). And they have treats in the room for your pets which definitely helped our cats acclimate and get comfortable. Overall so happy with the experience and highly recommend!

I am so thankful to have found Nova Vet Clinic. I have two dogs and we've been with Nova for about two years. The thing I love most about Nova is the consistent quality of care and transparency / fair pricing. All of the staff have been incredible to work with and I trust they are providing the best care. Recently, Patricia helped get me and my two dogs out of there in under 1 hour when I asked if we could expedite their annual exams. Thank you very much! Highly recommend.

Thank you to the Nova staff for fitting in Dino today! After he got hit by a car. He just has some scrapes and bruises, no broken bones though.
This is only our second time here, just started going here a week and half ago. Love the staff as they try to help the best they can with questions and other things.

We brought our rescue dog, Gabby, to the Nova Clinic and were so happy with how smoothly our visit went. The doctor was very calm and nice, just like all the other staff members. Can definitely recommend choosing the Nova Vet Clinic for your pet.

Every single staff member I have interacted with at Nova Vet Clinic has been wonderful. Unfortunately, my sweet pup passed away suddenly in November and the entire staff here was so compassionate and empathetic. Dr. Lauren Lehtinen took time out of her day to call me and check up on me after the passing of my pup. The staff here also sent me a super sweet card. All of this meant so much to me. The front desk ladies were also always so sweet and always so good about answering my emails and calls. I knew Theo was in good care when he was here with the staff at Nova Vet Clinic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful primary vet.

I’ve been taking my dog here for 3 years. They are lovely people that don’t make unnecessary appointments. They do their best to save you money while covering your pet needs.

Been taking my dog here for years, always have a good experience! Staff is nice, facility is clean and updated. Any time I have a question or concern I know I can give them a call or email and they always get back to me promptly. It’s greatly appreciated.

Even after moving to Saint Paul and now having to drive quite a long time in traffic to get there, I still wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. The staff are always very responsive when I have questions or need something simple such as a med refill. The veterinarians are all great and Dr. Jones and Dr. Lehtinen have always taken the most wonderful care of all my dogs. They are very up front regarding the recommended care and why it's recommended and are always so patient and kind to my dogs. My dogs mean the world to me so it's important to find a vet that makes me feel like they actually care about their well being and want them to live as long as possible, and this is it!!! I highly recommend to anyone who cares for their fur babies and wants them to get the best care ♥

We absolutely love NOVA for our two cats. We liked Dr. Jones so much that we followed her from another clinic! I am consistently surprised when she calls a few days after a visit to check in. She really cares about our pets.

Our older cat has needed specialty food a few times, and the doctor and staff are always clear about their recommendations. Thanks to Dr. Jones' expertise, we were referred to a feline ophthalmologist and found out that our cat has glaucoma. Without this referral our cat could have lost her sight.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very friendly staff and capable veterinarians. They provide a wide variety of veterinary services, so you wouldn’t need to go elsewhere unless your pet’s complication is very serious that involves a complicated surgery.

I can't say enough good things about Nova Vet - Millie, our golden retriever, LOVES going there for checkups, especially when she gets to see Dr. Dahl. Every staff member is kind, helpful, and transparent. They treat Millie with so much love and respect, and they always call the next day to check-in. We appreciate that they are upfront about pricing and always give us options and honest opinions. Plus, their new location is fantastic! Highly recommend Nova Vet.

Nova vet clinic is wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful! I feel like they actually care about my pets wellbeing and are super thorough with following up with our pets. Very quick response time as well! Our fur babies are in safe hands here!

I would highly recommend taking your fur babies to Nova. The office staff, Vet Techs and the Drs. are all so friendly and caring. Dr. Jones is always upfront and honest about what is needed for your pet. She never pressures you to get extra treatment that is not necessary and if cost is an issue, she always recommends what is most important. I completely trust Nova Veterinary Clinic to take excellent care of my precious pets!

Their new facility is beautiful and has tons of parking. Staff have always been very warm and welcoming and their techs are excellent with high anxiety or reactive dogs. I've brought pups here many times and the care received has always been loving, thorough, accurate and economical.

One thing to know before you go is that following a detailed discussion of symptoms etc. with a tech, your pet will be brought in back for the actual vet exam while you wait in another room. This could be the norm at most vets, but it was new to me. I've never found it to have a negative impact and it's likely how prices remain economical, but if you're not expecting it could come as a surprise.

Their employees have gone above and beyond with my pups to ensure they have a clear understanding of symptoms and provide the most thorough care and explanations. Highly recommend

We brought our, as they phrased it older kiddo in today to get checked out. They were amazing with her as she was a bit nervous. Also, the prices we're a lot more reasonable than our prior Vet. They were very upfront with cost and very good at explaining the plan of action.

Nova is always very friendly and helpful. They are willing to see you quickly if it's time sensitive. They always call the day after and check in to make sure my pup is doing better.
My dog is sensitive and had bad reactions to vaccines, Nova staff are aware of this and take it into account when we schedule vaccines. They will usually prescribe a day of pain meds so he's comfortable.

Friendly staff, they know our dog since shelter and are quick to provide us with price estimates and any other information we want.
