SpringHill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan

Nice hotel and staff. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious and shuttle service is great. I did not try the breakfast as I departed too early for it. The fridge in room does not have a freezer section. The weight room is small but is clean and well supplied. Only one treadmill was marked as not working.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. We booked a 2 queen room that also came with a VERY comfortable couch that had a trundle bed underneath it. In all, you could sleep 6 people easily.

The breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruit and a waffle maker. Id say typical options for a three star hotel.

The amenities (pool and fitness center) and customer service were excellent.

Each night, they had a complimentary hot cocoa bar and chocolate chip cookies.

Location was 12 minutes from the Mall of America, and close to many food options.

Only downside was that the hotel was a little noisy, starting around 7am, but that's to be expected with kids this close to MOA.

Picked hotel because of the 24 hr shuttle and a late flight... Would pick it again because of their staff! Was tired and cranky after late flight was delayed and reception I got made me feel welcomed immediately. At check out that person was super nice too! Shuttle pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient.

Room was nice, bed was super comfy! And a nice morning meal to start day today.

Very clean, nicely renovated rooms! Didn't have any issues being able to "hear too much" from the hallways. Will definitely book here again!

This place is good for stay .Hotel rooms are spacious. Morning breakfast is very tasty .Gim is also there. Swimming pool is good.

Great hotel, very comfortable and clean and the price was right. I can’t comment on the pool or hot tub as I didn’t use those amenities, but our room was clean and functional, nice selection for the breakfast and staff were very friendly. It is a hotel located by the airport, so you can hear the planes, but that wasn’t a bother. Would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Eagan Springhill Suites. I was traveling with my 2 small children and Ms. Cher in the breakfast bar accommodated us she went out her way to help us she was extremely friendly it felt more like being served at a restaurant.

We really enjoyed this hotel. There was a little kitchenette and desk, a couch with TV, and then the two beds with a TV for the beds. The bathroom was big, and the sink/vanity was good. I would have liked a little bit brighter light for the vanity for when I was getting ready but it wasn't a big deal. The pool was nice, and the hot tub was alright. My kids had wished it was a bit bigger and part of the wall by the hot tub had some crumbling spots. I was just glad there was an actual hot tub here. They had a variety of breakfast items, but my kids were just met about the options. The staff were all amazing and friendly. They also had a mini panty to buy pop, frozen meals, and candy.

Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The towels were incredibly soft and the beds were heavenly. They only allow guests in their building and lock all doors, so I felt very safe! The breakfast was very good and everywhere was clean. I would highly recommend!!!!

This is our favorite hotel. Fair price for every thing we are looking for in a hotel. Hot tub is hot. Pool is a comfortable temp. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great! No complaints at all from me. I will keep coming back.

This was the quietest hotel we have stayed in! Very clean,, too. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Nice staff, decent breakfast.

Great location, kind of tucked away from the interstate but with easy access. Looks like recently remodeled and very clean. Breakfast had many options. We all slept great. Staff were all very pleasant. First time in Minneapolis, but definitely won’t be our last.

I was extremely impressed and enjoyed this location. They keep this property very clean. They have a gym with enough equipment to get a good workout in while traveling. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub too. I want to highlight that Michael’s professionalism and service make you feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort. Great experience. Highly recommend this location. Also very close to the airport.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Staff is exceptional and very polite and helpful. Parking lot is on smaller side. Truck parking not recommended but plausible

Every part of our stay either met or exceeded our expectations! We were traveling with our 2 children, and the facility is very kid-friendly! Our room seemed to be newly remodeled. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable! We spent several hours at the pool, which is not huge, but it was big enough for our children. On a busier day, it might be a problem, as I believe the sign said the capacity of the pool is 20. The hot tub didn't work, the evening we went swimming, but we notified the front desk and it was working again by the next morning! Breakfast was wonderful! There was a great variety of food available, and it was delicious. All of the staff were very welcoming. I'm looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful view from the back of the hotel. It is just off the main road with 35E behind it. Rooms and common areas are clean. Nice, pre-packaged breakfast bar with a small selection of cold breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, bagels, and oatmeal. They don't have much of a selection for teas or mix-ins for the oatmeal. The indoor pool is small, but they have a nice deck out back and a whirlpool off the side of the pool.

We stayed here the other night because we don't have central AC, and it was so hot out, we thought the kids would enjoy a night away with a pool. We initially chose this hotel because it's really close to home. Turns out we loved it and will be back. The service was wonderful, the breakfast was good (the eggs weren't great, but hey- it was free!), the pool was perfect sized and the pond view from our room was lovely. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfy that our kiddos slept so late that we almost missed breakfast!
Inexpensive and really nice. You won't regret it if you book a room here.

One of the BEST hotels we have stayed at in a while. The manager was one of the nicest people we have met on our trip, she was amazing and very helpful!! Honestly the only downfall was the exercise room, it was small and had a window to the pool which made it a little awkward, but the equipment was good regardless. The location was a great area, we will definitely be staying again!
