USPS Annex

This is not a full service site. But you can drop packages off here and expect them to get scanned and en route faster than a non traditional USPS location. It is kinda hidden behind a brown building directly across the street from the car wash.

I was helped by a very friendly worker guy in the parking lot when i was lost. Also, the worker inside at the door (Masu?) was very friendly and quickly got my package pickup for me.

Changing my review! I called the annex and spoke to a very helpful person who took my name and number and tracking number. I told her what happened. The carrier last week was a sub and must have forgotten to give me the parcel key. The regular carrier is back. He called me and explained what happened and told me he’d leave my package at the front door. Very quick response and customer service.

Stopped in the other day to pick up a package.... The gentleman that helped me was so kind and went above and beyond to track down my packages! Even turned out they were attempting to deliver a second time. Thanks for the extra help!

While generally my experience with the USPS is often less than 1 stars, I wanted to give a 5 star shoutout for one specific employee of this post office: Ann Marie! She spent more than an hour hunting, sorting and looking through packages to find a package of decorated cookies I sent for my cousin's baby shower.

Everything that could go wrong...did for this baby shower, including an expected late delivery of the giveaways for the party - but thanks to Ann Marie and her amazing customer service, all cookies were handed over to my cousin, which really brightened up a few crazy days!

I understand people have rated this place down. 1) this is not a post office - it's an annex to pick up parcels and registered letters, 2) you can drop off letters 3) yes, there is customer parking.

Easy access and very helpful staff. Must be alert or you will drive right by Samohin, which is the access road. No retail activity at this site, just parcel pickup.

Angela went out of her way to help me locate a package - above and beyond!!! She was professional, courteous and pleasant.

Even though the USPS in general is horrible, the lady here was very kind and found my package immediately

They did hold all our mails while we were out for three weeks. The only problem was to find out the location. After you put in the hold mail request, you get an confirmation email but doesn't tell which USPS location will retain all the mails.
