Papa's Restaurant

I haven't been in this restaurant since they first reopened. I was so pleasantly surprised by the food. We tried the soup flight which was what we originally had gone in to try. It was good. I highly recommend the lemon rice soup. The salads were fresh and so reasonably priced. The house greek dressing is fabulous. For dessert we had the dirty latte flight which was so cute, clever and really delicious. I will definitely be stopping in more often.

I went on a little trip out to Armada and stopped by Papa's for lunch. What a pleasant experience! Very nice wait staff, immediate seating, great menu selections. I ordered a grill chicken melt with a side of coleslaw. Both were superb! The sandwich was made with crispy bacon with a generous piece of freshly grilled chicken. You know it's fresh when the chicken is almost too hot to eat. Excellent meal, tasty coleslaw, and iced tea made right. If your looking to make an impression with that someone special. Take them here. Enjoy!

We were passing through town and stopped in for dinner and drinks. What a great place! The food was absolutely delicious! Wife ordered the Rueben and I got the Philly steak sandwich. We started out with the dill pickle soup which was also excellent. Sabrina was our waitress and she did an outstanding job. She was very informative on the menu items and she provided outstanding service. I can’t say enough good things about Sabrina, the chefs, and our entire dining experience. We will be back for sure. I can’t wait to try some of the other drinks and food items.

Always great food at a great price. Friendly staff, casual family restaurant. Our go-to dining choice in town.

2/1/23 We haven't been here in far too long. The margarita was deelish - I should have gone with the large and not the standard. The BBQ Sriracha Bourbon bowl was incredible - highly recommend this.

We stopped in for lunch. This is just a little diner type restaurant, but our service was quick and very friendly. They had a good selection of salads, soups and sandwiches. They also have a pretty good breakfast menu - available all day. It was “seat yourself” when we got there, and it was busy, but tables available. I ordered the Papa Slim - a hot ham and cheese sandwich, with lettuce and tomato. It also came with chips and a small side salad. The salad was fresh, the sandwich was really good. The whole meal was actually pretty filling. The price was reasonable. It was a friendly atmosphere. I would stop in again to give breakfast a try!

We met friends here. Pleasantly surprised at how great our meal was. We had a party of 9 and there were a couple of other large groups as well. Everything we ordered was excellent. Saganaki, burgers, salads, shrimp, Alfredo, all well prepared and fresh. Belkan Chevapi too! Which was excellent. They let us bring in a birthday cake for a child and the whole restaurant joined in on singing ❤ Our waitress was a pro and offered excellent service. This is worth the drive from wherever you are.

If you go on a Sunday expect a crowd but that just tells you how good the food is. The omelets are very filling and they load up the kids pancake with chocolate chips and whip cream if you want it. The cheesy hashbrowns are a big treat smothered in nacho cheese, bacon and green onions. The sausage gravy is almost a meal in itself loaded with flavor.

I should have taken a picture of my 'house eggs benedict'. It was so amazing I cleaned that plate so fast!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious.
I had the Chevapi sausage with eggs and hash browns. Highly recommend.
Our server Michelle was sweet and very adorable.

Hidden gem in Armada, great service, food was great, reasonable prices, worth the trip to come back!!

We rode our bikes to Armada from the Macomb Orchard Trail just to eat at Papas. The food was great, lots of choices. The veggie reuben and veggie omelette were very good.

The atmosphere at the remodeled papa's is awesome! Full bar now so after a hot day you can enjoy a draft beer while eating dinner!

The brisket bowl is amazing. The only bad thing is they would not give me the recipe for the bourbon Sriracha sauce! Wonderful to have in our hometown.

Very nice restaurant. It was very busy when we were there, but the staff was very efficient, we were seated quickly, and the food was excellent.

We had our work Christmas party here it was nice the service great and the good Best saganaki I ever had got plans on going back to have dinner with my wife 😀

Very pleasant staff. Food pricing is equivalent to food amount served and great bar for specialty drinks.
