I love their inexpensive touchless carwash! It's the only reason I come here. The staff have always been friendly to me.

NOT 24 hours as they say. Not even after 10 pm!

Using the gas pumps here is like playing a text adventure game from the 1980's, kind of like Zork the Gasoline Edition or something. That's how badly designed the gas pump interactive menus are.

For example, here's one screen you get as you work your way through pumping gas:

Option: Swipe next loyalty card
Choices: Done, HELP, Bonus Points, CANCEL.

Putting aside the dubious word order in the option line, what am I supposed to push if I don't have a loyalty card? Done? No, I'm not done. Bonus Points? Why is that even there? CANCEL? No, I don't want to cancel my gas purchase. HELP? Well, yes, but that hardly seems to be inspiring confidence now, does it? Nothing makes sense. And why are two choices in all caps and two not in all caps? Is this some sort of secret code or something? Could you possibly make this any more confusing?

I won't spoil it for you by telling you the correct answer, which I regularly get wrong anyway.

Even funnier is that they actually had to make a special sign that they stuck beside the screen to explain to people how to use the screen to earn rewards at the pump, and the instructions start with "Press Cancel." Hahaha. For someone who often designs user interfaces at work, this is remarkably good humor.

I've attached photos of the screens, but the real experience is much better.

No air station for tires that I could find.

Whatever they did to the car wash, it really sucks. Instantly curbed my wheels because the new side “guards” are impossibly narrow.
Also left half my vehicle unwashed. Looks like the back was lightly misted with water and no dirt was removed.
Water spots all over front windshield.

It used to be the best wash in the area. Now the new equipment is so bad it doesn’t even wash properly. This seems to be a trend among automated washes lately, as the nozzles barely spray enough water probably to save cost…

At $13 sure whatever the car wash sucked, I can let that go but stupidest positioning of the side guards probably caused $200 of damage to my vehicle.

RUDE STAFF (an old lady) yelled at me for using too much paper towel to wipe down the water and chemical residual after going though the Gold Tier (top tier) car wash.
Btw, the brand new CAR WASH at this station WON’T dry up the car and LEAVE ugly chemical residual! The tire rim still have half of the dirt before I drove through the car wash.
I didn’t see any sign/warning to the paper towel usage and thought spending $80+ on gas and $13 on car wash would justify using 20+ sheets of paper towel?
The cashier lady would rather lean on the window to count on how many paper towel I used instead of refilling paper towel box.
What a messed up BP station…

I'm leaving one star, cuz I can never figure out hours... It's never posted on the outside, and despite numerous attempts to get it updated on Google maps, it keeps showing up is 24 hours. I was here at 9:50 something p.m. tonight, doors were definitely locked, no longer serving customers.

Haven't been able to verify this BP's hours for as long as I can remember, but I can tell you that it absolutely IS NOT 24 Hours!
I live close by, and there have been way too many instances where I stopped here during the evening hours only to find the doors locked and no one working... 10:00 p.m. latest is what it seems like, at least for the weekdays

Rude staff who don't even know their own promos and deals, hours are absolutely NOT 24 hour and haven't been updated in months. Even the BP website doesn't have the correct info.
