Residence at Discovery Square

It is a really comfortable place to stay. Their apartment are really clean and luxury. They have mail’s room that highly secure your mails and packages. More importantly, They have personal theater room for our family time together. This is so awesome!!! Thank you @Panhapich Keng for recommend this place to us.

Becky and her team were excellent in helping us find a place to call home for a short time and with everything from the Home theater to the Community room and all the small details they thought of. We couldn't have found a better place to stay!! Thanks again for your hospitality!

If you're looking for a beautiful, modern apartment close to downtown RDS is the place to be. The outdoor patio and grills are great for small get togethers, the gym is convenient, and I can't wait to check out the new movie theater! Brianna has been pleasant and helpful during every interaction and Bret works hard every day keeping the building clean! Black Swan as a whole has been a fantastic company to work with, 10/10!

This building is truly exceptional in every aspect! Its location is simply superb, providing convenience and charm. Additionally, the units are impeccably designed, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. And the management is a pleasure to deal with!

Rented an apartment here for a couple of months. Great amenities and service. Melissa from Black Swan Living did an amazing job at getting us settled in our new home. If you work at Mayo Rochester I can highly recommend this place as the location is great too.

Everything about this building is great! The location is amazing, the rooftop terrace is so comfy and lots of sunlight, and the units are well designed. Love it!

The staff are always sincerely helpful, the building is very clean and comfortable and air-conditioned. And the most wonderful thing is the proximity to Mayo! Soon, when the subways will be connected to the DS ramp, it will be the closest flat to the Mayo subways! This is a huge advantage in the winter months! Thank you!

Black Swan and Mike have been very accommodating in trying to find an apartment that worked for us. There’s a clear push for transparency and wanting the best for the client. Comes highly recommended and I would use them again for apartment hunting!
