Quality Inn near Northtown Mall & National Sports Center

They are cheap and allow pets super cheap and dose the job. Not a super fancy motel. But it'll get ya thru the night. Becoming one of our reg spots during our homelessness.

Sia the Manager was very personable and friendly. He understood we were looking for a hot tub and they took theres out 2 months ago. We contacted 3 party and canceled room free of no charge.

This establishment is under brand new management within the last month. They have identified issues the business has dealt with in the past, and are actively renovating. This is Professional caring management. This is not some conglomerate corporation. As close to mom and pop as you can get. Family owned. Please bear that in mind when reading reviews about upkeep, or reviews older than a month. Mom and pop charm, mom and pop pockets. Extremely hospitable American dreamers.

My personal experience with management has made this my go to hotel when in the north metro, or traveling near the area. The lobby is extremely classy giving a four star feel. Breakfast is clean, delicious and served with a smile. The pool is beautiful, and the Jacuzzi suite is without equal rights n the state. Make this hotel a destination!

This location has come a long ways yes you will see some aging here and there, but they are upgrading everything which I have noticed a change. super friendly and accommodating staff They are cheaper than most motels around in the area it’s not the Ritz but it’s not the slum. My room was very clean everything worked it had a nice flat TV I will definitely be coming back to this location again

Front Desk attendants were very nice. Room was clean without the exception of the hole in the wall by the bath tub but other than that my experience was Awesome

They are average which is all I needed for a one night stay. The pool is small. They did have a hot tub. The rooms seemed clean and the channel selction kept my kids occupied so that was a plus. Very basic breakfast but at least they had something.

I had an AMAZING customer service experience here! I made a reservation with this hotel for the wrong date via Orbitz on my phone. When I got to the hotel (5 min after making the reservation), the front desk clerk, Saeed, told me that I must have made if for the wrong date because he couldn't find my reservation for that day and they were totally full. Worst of all, my 2-year old and 2-month old (who had just been in the car for the last 6.5 hours) were crying and causing a total scene in the lobby. We must have looked like a bunch of lunatics. Saeed was kind enough to not only find and cancel my incorrect reservation, but he even called a neighboring hotel to see if they had any rooms available for me (I got the last one thanks to him!). We were so tired and stressed from the drive, but he completely saved our evening!!!
I was so thrilled with his kindness that I stayed at the hotel my next time in town (just 4 days later). I had a wonderful experience. Once again, everyone was very nice! My room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, AC worked VERY well, and the breakfast was great!
Just recently, I was in contact with the hotel again, to correct a minor billing mistake, and once again I had FABULOUS customer service! Tina was so friendly, helpful, and personable. She took care of everything easily and efficiently. She even remembered me from my previous visit to the hotel!
It is rare to find a place with such a bunch of great people. I and my family will definitely be staying here again!

It was very neat and clean I liked Mike's nice hospitality, social distancing,wearing masks by staff which made it even more safe just one thing they forgot wash clothes and handtowels in room but no big deal it happens!! yes we will be staying again..Thank you so much

The hotel was surprisingly quite and relaxing. The front desk person was polite and helpful. Proper distancing and masks are required.

Certainly a brilliant and quality experience overall, but breakfast leaves something to be desired.

This place saved me from dying it was 0° and felt like -20 and I walked miles without shelter and I fell in a bank twice and I walked and begged God to let me live without frostbite and die from hypothermia my face was hard to move and I looked like jack frost you think I'm over exaggerating but I'm not I honest to God am thankful for this place
