Clarity Voice provides exceptional customer service and support. I worked closely with LouAnne and she was a delight to work with. She provided clear and concise training on how to best utilize the online portal and helped me better understand the capabilities of our service. I also placed a call a few days later to customer service and they quickly provided me an answer to a question I had. They are so helpful and professional.

A great company with great service. We have not missed a single call since switching over. If our office loses internet or power phones are automatically transferred to a company cell. Being able to forward or unforward phones from anywhere is a nice perk. No more turning around to go back to the office because you forgot to forward the phones.

Our area has been devastated by the Derecho storms that traveled through the Midwest Kiya and Bill, Were absolute LIFE savers for Mr. Electric of Central Iowa. I was daily making changes if not multiple times, and they were always very helpful and never sounded frustrated to hear from me, again AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. They saves our company thousand of dollars by keeping our phone lines routed to who was available, at any time of day and night. I CANNOT praise them enough! Thank you Clarity!

If there was a star lower than 1 I would use it. A 1 star is to high. The desktop phone never rang…I mean literally not even once. I cancelled the service over 2 years ago…they have still been charging even though I had cancelled because their service is absolutely horrible. Do not use these people
