Came in to upgrade my phone and had a wonderful experience, which was such a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences at other stores. Tom was more than helpful explaining my options, letting me try out certain accessories, saving me money and getting me set with a better plan! Will definitely be back and will be sending others Tom’s way.

Just came in for an upgrade and was pleasantly surprised how painless and fast it was! Tom was very helpful with getting me setup 100% before I left the store. Highly recommend him!!

Stopped into Tcc Verizon today in Champlin, Mn. My store in a town 18 miles north SUCKS! Anyway ask for Tom D. The kid is awesome!!! Tommy, FEEL YA ! HE REALLY KMOWS WHATS UP and just a GOOD KID! That usually means he won't be around long! Peace and ❤ .

Jacob helped my family all get new phones at an affordable price. He worked hard to get us the best deals as I told him price was my main concern. He ordered in the phone colors we wanted & helped us transfer all of our info & apps over to our new phones. He also gave us some extra information about how storage works, and our chargers, etc. I'd definitely recommend this location to others!

I was working with Jacob on my new plan and phone and all went smoothly. Our daughters have their own plan and phones but were having significant issues getting their numbers ported over. Jacob spent 2 1/2 hours working on their issue and he was able to get everything fixed for them. Jacob definitely went over and above to help our daughters. I would recommend him to anyone.
