They are very inconsistent . One day u can get great cup of coffee but the other day not so much . I asked for cappuccino I got latte.cup full of milk . Coffee isn't cheap , at least give us good cup of coffee. And the wait time ........., 3 people there , but looks like only one person works 🤦‍♀

The person who made my coffee kept coughing then she had no gloves on, and she used way too much creamer. All which meant I could enjoy my coffee. What the point of wearing mask when gloves are more important in food service

I work at SBMC and frequently visit this location. I asked the barista to remake my drink and they were highly unprofessional and openly poking fun.

By far the WORST Starbucks. They only make money bc they’re in a hospital. They do NOT know how to make Starbucks coffee and are not even hired by Starbucks.
