Every time I have visited the Hearing Clinic in Osseo it has been a positive experience. Everyone is so welcoming & helpful. They genuinely & personally care about me & what it takes to improve my hearing issues. It is a rewarding experience.

Dr Heidi Hill put me through the paces testing my hearing! She was excellent in explaining directions to each test. I also appreciated that she checked cognition along with hearing. She is very knowledgeable! I would recommend her highly! Thank you Hearing Health Clinic!

Outstanding service. As a musician that's constantly stuffing hearing protection into my ears, I'm prone to buildup and blockage. I've used other establishments to clean my ears out in the past, but after one appointment with Dr. Heidi I don't need to look anywhere else. My ears are as clear as I can remember and the world is LOUD again!

The Hearing Health Clinic and Dr. Heidi Hill are outstanding. I have been a patient for a number of years. Dr. Hill performed a complete hearing exam and took the time to explain to me the nature of my hearing loss and all of my options. Although the clinic is out of the way from where I live, I am more than happy to make the trip because of the great care I receive. I can not recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Hill and her staff were friendly and highly informative. The evaluation experience was much more intensive than any I have previously experienced. I was very impressed with the thorough evaluation and the attention not only to the physical condition of my hearing, but also to the processing by my brain of the information being received. I feel much more knowledgeable about my hearing loss and confident that I am receiving the best care and device available to deal with my hearing loss.

I have worked with a different Audiologist, but felt there was more that could be done. Hearing Health Clinic builds in followup sessions that even though I think, there is nothing more can be done, I share my issues and concerns and Dr Hill does some magic or provides some guidance that makes the experience of using Hearing Aids better. I reccomend Hearing Health Clinic to everybody.

I truly enjoy coming here! Dr. Heidi is so welcoming she just makes the appointment relaxing. She treats me as a patient and friend and really listens/hears what I have to say. I really appreciate her!

Clean healthy facility and Dr Heidi was in no hurry to fix me up with new hearing aids. She went through the whole setup with me and took extra care in explaining my hearing loss to me. Dawn was gracious to us also which helped with the nervous jitters and ready to make a follow up appointment for me.

The entire staff is amazing. I expected my first visit with Dr. Heidi to be like a typical Dr visit, just a number being moved in and out as fast as possible. Within the first few minutes I knew that I had been completely wrong. She listens, really listens and truly cares about improving your quality of life. I have been to more than my fair share of audiologists in the past, but the doctor and the staff at the Hearing Health Clinic were by far the best I've ever dealt with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and above all else, they were patient with me so when I left I knew what was wrong with me and how they could help me. I highly recommend them.
