Staff are amazing and friendly. They loved my big dog. Your getting what you pay for. The staff really go out of the way to accommodate you. I noticed that they have long term tenants so I could see why one would think sketchy but I'm a smoker and the building is smoke free I was here for a week and the people were actually friendly and informative of the area. The police on the other hand were rude actually stalked the parking lot everytime I went to smoke I would see cops roll in lights off and pick with anyone they saw. I would go back if I'm in area and need room.

I am perplexed with the negative reviews.Our family, dogs, stayed 1/25/18. When I walked in the hotel was so clean and smelled really clean. It was 5 dollars for each of my 2 dogs to stay with us. Mack checked us in and had excellent customer service! Very friendly and outgoing! Truly, I would stay there again! The room was beautiful and clean and updated, refridge and microwave. I told Mack that I had my reservations staying here with the reviews and was told we are under new management that really takes pride in this motel. The food/ eating area so wonderful, pool is very relaxing area. Thank you again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The bed was facing the wrong way to be laying in bed watching tv. Fridge works well. There vending machines have frozen dinners for the microwave in the room. Over all very pleased. It was also very conveniently located to all the places i needed to go.

The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby. The pool was great my daughter had a blasted. She really loved the pancake marker. Clean and friendly definitely would go back.

Rooms are being remodeled and upgraded but we were fortunate enough to get a beautifully furnished and decorated King room when we checked in. Bed is comfortable and walk in shower was a plus. We had a minor plumbing problem which was corrected immediately and we enjoyed the free breakfast which included a pancake machine and morning newspaper. For a great night's rest with free breakfast the value of this Days Inn can't be beat.

After a VERY frustrating day at the airport, a night here was just what the doctor ordered. The wonderful staff made sure I had a shuttle to and from the airport in an extremely timely manner. The room was clean, water temp was perfect, and breakfast was amazing. Honestly couldn't ask for a better place to recharge. A staff member worked over the phone with me and my family to ensure my stay and helped stay in contact with my fiance by let me use her personal cell phone charger for the night. It honestly felt like a second home. Pet friendly, so even though I miss my own pupper was able to see a few happy wags while passing through. Highly recommend!!!!

Had a great stay, breakfast was good, pool was nice, easy on/off 494. Hotel is older so there were minor things... door didn't shut good in bathroom, staining in tub/on tile, had to mess with the heater buttons to get it to kick on. But for $65 a night, we were very pleased!

At first glance I was a little concerned because the outside looked kimd of run down. But I was happily surprised with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of my room. They even made me a fresh pot of coffee so i didn't have to walk across the street to the gas station. They gave me an extra blanket when i requested it and they habe a free shuttle to the airport and mall of America. I did think the hot water in the shower could have been better, but that was the only thing. Its a good budget vital and I would stay here again.

The housekeepers Louis & Margarita are top notch. Very guest friendly, like they really wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. And I can't say enuff about Carmen and her awesome breakfast every morning!! Kayla at the front desk, as helpful as they come...Highly recommend this Days Inn..Great job management, on your staff, and running a great business!!

Clean rooms, clean mattress, clean pool, nice breakfast area andpublic bathrooms. Super easy to find and reserve rooms at. The people at the front desk were super helpful and outgoing. Didn't hear anything from our neighboring rooms that had people staying in it, including two kids. great experience for the price

Very happy. They gave us an extra blanket, going out of the way even when they thought they were out. Shuttled us to the Doubletree early, and have been nothing but considerate of us as guests.

Cheapest hotel I've stayed at, and yet amazing service.

Their staff is one of the friendliest and most attentive I've had. The patrons were also friendly. If you need anything, simply ask the friendly staff. Room was clean and so were the sheets

Staff was great when I made the reservation and a month later when I showed up. Room was clean though the bathroom door was difficult/loud to open/close Not a huge deal!!! and continental breakfast was adequate.

We used this hotel for a stay and fly package and we're gone for a week. When we returned to MN it was record low conditions and our car would not start. Patty at the front desk was overly kind and allowed is to use hee vehicle to jump start ours. This was over and above and so kind and generous

We book rooms here for our family members when they come and visit. Rooms like new, breakfast is great, the pool and whirlpool salt not chlorinated. You won't regret it.

Very nice employees, had a wonderful breakfast that includes hot and cold foods, the pool is amazing, and the rooms are very clean, and comfortable beds, the rooms are cheap, you will get good deal when you reserve a room. It's easy to.find, and very quite.

Way better than expected for the price!! The bad reviews are just people who like to whine and are probably leading terrible lives. Can't get a luxury hotel for under 60 obviously.. Very good free breakfast, large pool as well. Would come back for sure!

It is great here. The pool was fun. The bed and room was clean. The bathroom seemed greasy on the floor but it was ok. It was great here idk why people say it is the worst.

The room was great. Sadly the Pool was closed. A bagged breakfast was not much, but the hotel price was good. Near to other restaurants.

I can't say enough about the staff. I have never felt so welcome. They were so accommodating. They truly cared about our stay.
