First time buyer at Paulson's, I was recommended this business through a family connection. This business is not close compared to other options in my area. However, as soon as I walked in the door David Shock helped me through each step of the purchasing process, provided clear and concise information, and pricing so I could make an informed decision.

Connor and Jose were my installation team to set up my new equipment. They did a great job getting everything installed and working with previous equipment while ensuring everything was up to code (even correcting some of the code mistakes made by the previous home owner). By the time Connor and Jose were done everything was set up to where all I needed to do was sit down and enjoy the new equipment. It was the most painless purchasing and installation experience I have had and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a new TV/Audio purchase.

We’ve had three excellent experiences with Paulson’s, each one involving equipment purchase and home installation. In store information and selection options were clear and concise, and installation team interaction and results were equally great. Paulson’s is not close to our home but we continue to go there for value and confidence in our purchases. I have, and will continue to recommend Paulson’s to all interested in audio/video purchases.

The service technician was excellent. She was friendly, and made sure all my needs were addressed. She had to replace my battery back-up unit. I also had a system removed, so she had to re-program my other remote. I was VERY PLEASED with the service. Everything is working perfectly.

Another great experience shopping at Paulson's. As a 20+ year customer, they continue to impress with fantastic service and support both pre and post sale. Purchasing our first 4K TV and sound system was smooth and informative with professionalism all the way around, starting with Dave Shock at the store and finishing with Chuck in our home. So listen (no pun intended) : There is NO place better to shop for high end audio. Thought I might be a little intimidated at first but "Strat" the advisor and Bill in sales couldn't have made me more comfortable. I've been there twice to upgrade my listening experience and couldn't be happier with both the products and the prices! Highly recommended!

A few years back I had an excellent experience with Paulson's when they mounted our TV above our fireplace and designed a wiring solution that saved us a lot of money. After that great experience, I made a note to return there anytime I needed any audio or video equipment. I recently returned to find a replacement for our large screen TV and Dan quickly welcomed me into the store. He took the time to explain all of the different technologies and recommend a TV within my price range. Parker was also great and helped to confirm that the new TV would work with my existing mounting bracket. There was no pressure, talking with Dan and Parker was more like talking to friends than sales representatives. I can't tell you how much i loved the entire experience with this company. I had a Sony Bravia from 2010 and was looking to upgrade. I walked in knowing what I wanted in a new TV and David didn't try to up sell me. He was knowledgeable and taught me a few things I didn't know about TVs. Jeff and Scott installed my tv quick and professionally. It was a small job, and they respected my home as their own. I can't say enough about their professionalism and that of Paulsons.

Great service and great prices. Paulson's does all of my electronics in my home. Directv made a mess of my system in my bedroom when switching out a box and Paulson's came out the next day and made everything perfect again. I have an elaborate system in my family room which is all done by Paulson's. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have had the pleasure of working with the team from Paulson’s on two home projects. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was able to get specific products for a whole house sound system that was exceptional. David helped with the audio selections as did others. Chuck was the installer and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable person to do the installation.

As an audiophile with limited resources, I hesitated to even go to Paulson’s when I was in the market for a new receiver. Two years after my purchase a power surge fried my stereo. I was devastated and figured I was out of luck. On a whim, I brought it back to them and explained what happened. They were able to get the unit fixed under warranty and had it back to me in a few weeks. I couldn’t be happier with service I have received. They are top shelf.

I want to take this opportunity to highly recommend Paulson’s Audio & Video. I am not one of Paulson’s large project customers, but someone who has been building his home theater system, incrementally one component at a time. But, you would never know it from the level of attention and service that I have received from Peter Stone, my customer service representative. Peter has been really great. Doug in the Service Department and the installers have also been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Peter and Paulson’s to design and install a whole home system for me. Great prices and service.

Paulson's Is the only place I buy my TVs and other audio and video equipment! Everyone on the sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always answer all my questions and show me choices that suit my needs and price range.

The most recent delivery and set up of a new TV was exactly on the promised timetable. The installers worked quickly and efficiently and were both very cheerful and answered all my questions!

This year we had a major landscaping project at our home, and on the list was outdoor audio. Dan and his team worked with us to understand our requirements and goals to design a high quality, high value sound system in our backyard that really brought our outdoor entertainment to the next level. The installation team was extremely professional, capable, and left the worksite looking and sounding clean.

Recently used Paulson's to take down and pack a 75" TV previously purchased from Paulson's. Service was timely and very efficient. TV arrived at its new location just fine!

The best around, I prefer travelling 1 hour and bringing my audiophile equipment in for repair and maintenance to the Paulson Team. You can tell they are passionate about their line of work, they are precise, fair priced and professional. Best in the game A++

I cannot recommend Paulsons enough! My wife and I wanted to complete at 5:1 surround sound in our basement using a SONOS AMP with some Bowers and Wilkins ceiling speakers and hiding all the wires was an absolute requirement. Paulsons was the only company I talked to with the confidence and experience to complete this job at a world-class theater level. From the moment I spoke to my initial contact to the moment the installation team left my house I was never in the dark or worried about the job. They are true pros and masters of their craft. The did not leave until I was explained everything and shown how it works and then demonstrated that I could work the system myself. I cannot stress enough how comfortable I was and am with this company and their team. I will be hiring them in the future for all projects related to their experience. 10/10

Purchased an AV receiver as a gift. While hooking it up, I ran into tech issue with one of the audio inputs. Returned unit and was able to exchange for a different unit without any hassles. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helped with the exchange. Price was just as good as a big box store, but with significantly more personal attention.

I recently received a vinyl record of "Amadeus" as a a gift but had no working phone record to play it so I returned to Paulson's knowing they could help. I walked into the store with several of my vinyl records and was immediately helped by Bill into a listening room which was truly joyous. I purchased an affordable turn table by Pro-Ject and I've been thoroughly enjoying my records again. Thanks to Bill and Paulson's.

Our experience with Paulson's was exceptional from start to finish. We hired them to install a TV above my parents fireplace. They coordinated the electrician, they had great follow-up, were on time and did a great job while they were there. The guys even stayed a little longer to make sure we got everything set up with the wireless cable box that my mom forgot to get before they came! I used them 20 years ago for a job at my own house which is why I went to them this time!
