Staybridge Suites Minneapolis-Bloomington, an IHG Hotel

Fantastic stay! Friendly front desk staff. We were in room 202 which was a one bedroom suite with two double beds and a kitchenette. The kitchenette was beautifully updated and the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hot tub was nice and warm. The pool was a little chilly. Continental breakfast was awesome, scrambled eggs, sausage, and an assortment of baked goods. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d stay here again.

The front desk staff was so nice, the hotel was beautiful. The 2 bed room suit was definitely worth every penny. The food was good, the kitchen staff could have been nicer and the room was terribly dusty but otherwise great stay and will stay aging when in the area. The pool was the perfect temp, and the outdoor sitting area was gorgeous!!!

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was amazing (and forgiving) when my child accidentally poured his hot chocolate mix in the top of the hot water dispenser. Rooms were immaculate. The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So many options and cute touches, including containers of salsa and shredded cheese for your scrambled eggs. This will be our new go-to hotel when visiting the Twin Cities.

This was a great place to stay for a mid-week getaway for Spring Break. It is nice that it had separate sleep quarters from eating area. I enjoyed the pool and spa area. The bonus was the delicious breakfast which was included with the stay. On certain weeknights they also included dinner. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for over 3 months for business, ideal location. Close to activities and downtown, close to the highway entrances, super convenient destination chargers. The staff are all amazing, very safe area to explore. Mall of the America's, hiking, business head quarters, Great Wolf Lodge... you can't go wrong staying here.

Had a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast for the whole family.

The room was great. They appear to be meant for longer term stays—a bit longer than hotels are used for, and I felt loved.
The breakfast was impressive, with berries, strawberries, and grapefruit galore. It was much better than average hotel-like breakfasts. The manager is chill and my group conversed with him a bit.
They even have a nice pool and fitness room.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation since the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance during our trip, we were looking forward to staying here. Maybe another time

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites a week ago for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. We chose this hotel because of many reasons. It was close to the Mall of America, we had 2 bedrooms which made it great to be separated from 4 teenage girls and because they had shuttle service to the Mall and airport. Well at least we thought they did but apparently they discontinued shuttle service over 2 years ago but Priceline failed to remove that information from their website. Without a car and 6 of us, it made it every hard to do the things we planned. When I voiced my concerns to the hotel manager, Adam Selby, he was very apologetic and went out of his way by taking us to the mall with the corporate shuttle himself. He also helped resolve our problem in a very professional and generous way that we never expected. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the rooms and the overall experience, made our stay memorable and perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit your area! Thank you!

Loved staying here! The staff was amazing and accommodating. From their full breakfast to their 3 times a week dinners. they have it all It has a fitness center, guest laundry, business center, pool, and spa. They have outdoor grilling facilities. Their rooms are spacious and clean with a refrigerator and cooktop stove. Can't wait to go back.

I normally am not one to write reviews but I can't let this one slide. Michelle at the front desk gave us exceptional service!!! She went above and BEYOND to make our stay the best possible. She even put together a bag full of breakfast food for our family since we have to leave by 2:30am for the airport. I travel A LOT and I can honestly say this is the best hotel stay I've ever had. Rooms were super clean, staff was friendly and so helpful and we had a perfect stay! I will definitely be booking here the next time I'm in the Twin Cities!!! Thank you Michelle for making it such a great stay!

We had numerous guests staying for my dad’s birthday and we had friends out on the patio to celebrate with us. Everyone at the hotel were very hospitable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate all of us. We had plenty of complements from friends on what a wonderful place Staybridge Suites is! Thank you to all your staff!

WOW, what a great stay. I was here for approximately 3 months and I am obligated to this post to give the most accurate opinion of my experience while I visited the beautiful state of Minnesota. 1st off, I usually stay at a low cost extended stay to keep my overhead low, however when you factor in all that this place has to offer it is actually cheaper. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities and most of all, a fantastic staff! From the manager to the grounds keeper this place gives its all everyday. Breakfast every morning and dinner 3 times a week, yea this was a total win for me. Oh and if you want a good drink and awesome wings see Sue next door at the cute and quaint bar, tell em lil Johnny from Louisiana sent ya for a good laugh. Big thanks to Michelle and her wonderful crew for a experience that should be expected at every hotel.

As for my experience, I felt safe as if I was going home everyday. The entire staff was great! They were very accommodating to meet all the guest needs. Service always with a smile, professional, friendly and courteous.

I am a traveler. The hotel has a Clean spacious room. With free laundry, pool access, free breakfast, and friendly staff. I love my view of their waterfall. I will highly recommend staying here. Very satisfied. No complaints.

Overall I'd have to say that my hotel stay here was a good one.  I encountered no issues with the room or the staff. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay with every interaction.  The rooms were clean and up-to-date. For my week stay the cleaning staff were attentive and ensured I had everything I needed. I'd recommend staying at this location for its cleanliness and ease of access from the major interchanges.

Our family had an awesome time staying here! Everything was clean and the room was perfect for our family of six! It felt like we were staying in a mini apartment! Our room had a regular sized fridge/freezer, kitchen sink with garbage disposal, a stove top with two burners to cook on, a dishwasher, and it was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and silverware!! Our room was very clean and the beds were perfect with clean white sheets that didn’t have a speck of dirt on them at all! The pool was great and it was very nice that the front desk kept an eye on the pool at all times to make sure it didn’t go over its capacity. When we first arrived we had some car trouble and the woman that was working at the front desk was so helpful and told us about a great place that got our vehicle fixed right away! All the staff members we encountered were so nice and made us feel right at home! We will definitely will be back to this hotel every time we visit Minnesota!! Thanks again! See you next time!

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the water fountain outside, to the relaxing hot tub/pool, the breakfast buffet was more than we expected and very delicious. The staff was kind and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

The room was large and beautiful. It had a small kitchen and nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable too. Everything felt very clean and the hotel didn't smell funny like some places tend to. I really liked that I could work out in the fitness center at any time using my room card. The breakfast was above average. Overall a wonderful experience.
