This storage facility is outstanding! Everywhere is clean and priced well. Yesenia was kind, professional, patient and as helpful as can be- even on a snow day! My many questions were answered well. I could not ask for a better place to store my home goods. I feel very safe with my belongings here and I’m glad to be a customer. This is a SIX star place.

I was in need of storage in the area and had a variety of choices. I came to Life Storage and met Yesenia who is the Assistant Manager. Even though the store was extremely busy and she took her time and greeted everyone and was kind and courteous to each person in line. She took us on a tour of the building and showed us various units in the building. During the walk I noticed that the building was super clean and well lit which was a super plus. Her kindness and attention to detail made me feel so comfortable that she got my business. Thanks Yesenia for your assistance.

Very professional staff. As I walked in Joy greeted me and had wonderful customer service skills. After I paid my bill, she even went above and beyond to give me wipes for a mess I made before walking in. Also Linda was so informative about storage prices and what services different locations offer and recommended locations for me to check out when I inquired about vehicle storage. Overall friendly, respectable staff.

Great experience!!! Today I contacted this location with a billing issue. The location manager, Yesenia assisted me and was so wonderful. She alleviated my worries and was extremely gracious throughout the entire process. She made this encounter painless and quick.

Linda and the lovely lady she works beside are wonderful receptionists. They helped me downgrade and then upgrade after I realized I made a mistake. Make sure you get a new unit here. The workers are amazing, and the facility is exceptional.
