My phone had been shattered. Fortunately, I purchased the insurance that is offered. When I received my new phone, I took both to the store. The store manager was awesome. She was friendly and polite. It was obvious that she enjoys her job, and wasn't annoyed with my not knowing what to do. Not only did she activate my new phone and get my number activated, but she helped me get all my stuff downloaded from my old phone on to my new one, within a matter of minutes. It would have taken me hours, if not days, or ever. Thank you.

The lady who helped us was kind and knew what she was doing. My granddaughter was happy to have her "good" phone back! LOL!

Great service! It was getting close to closing on Saturday (I had to rush over from Crystal) I came in, asked for the phone I wanted and the associate got me set up in 10 minutes and got me on my way. Very very happy with the service.

While the actual customer service peeps (both OL and via phone) were anything BUT helpful, Ari- the very attentive customer service representative (at the Cricket Store Location) was! She spent the better part of an hour BOTH online and on the phone trying to get me the help I needed. While I can't say I'm exactly impressed with this company, I would hire this CSR to represent my organization any day. THANK YOU!!!!

Mel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had about some particular phones, I would recommend this cricket location to anyone.

My reply was before I found out my demo phone isn't charging and there.isnt anything that can be done without us paying for ANOTHER activation fee and doing an upgrade to get brand new phone that I asked for in the very beginning of our visit! Not very satisfied!

They made switching from verizon easy. We got new phones and were up and running in just around an hour.
