Love this shop. Krystal is the best! She not only gets my teen daughter's natural hair so clean and soft, she also takes the time and effort to teach us how to better care for her hair ourselves. She shares so much information on products and techniques with us. She is is available to help with any issues we're having, from picking the right products and using them properly, to techniques and more. She is also just generally warm and welcoming. We really appreciate her and look forward to her being a part of our hair routine for many years to come.

The service was excellent! Krystal was very friendly and and made my visit a pleasant experience.I had came to get instant locs and got it very fast in the same day! Overall was just what I asked for.

Coming to I love braids for the first time was absolutely amazing. I definitely will be coming back here. The vibe was everything and more. Definitely will be telling my friends and family to come here. Trina is compassionate. You can tell braiding is what she loves to do. She makes you feel comfortable. I walked in needing to take out my quick weave and wash and Dry my hair Krystal took good care of my Hair. She was so patient, knowledgeable and very kind she even motivated me to wear my natural hair. After my wash she even gave me a COMPLIMENTARY TREATMENT which made my hair soo smooth she Even taught me how to Trim my hair when necessary.. I can’t wait to come back to see Her!

I am so glad I found this place. The ladies in this establishment were incredibly kind. I truly felt like I was hanging out with my family members. The stylist I used was Victoria she was very sweet, very down to earth and easy-going. I found the ladies of this establishment to be truly professionals, the service I got was box braids I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. The ladies of this establishment is using a new method and I greatly appreciate it. This will be the only place I will go to get my braids done .after my services were done I kept saying repeatedly, my God I just love my braids job well done ladies you have a newand loyal customer.

Krystal is really good with doing starter locs and they turned out really good. She is also very polite and the environment in the shop is good as well. She will also educate you on your hair and how you should proceed with it. 10/10 stylist

I was a first-time customer to I Love Braids and this was also my first time getting braids. Trina did a great job with my Bohemian knotless box braids. They were neat and look just as the picture I sent her. I would recommend anyone in the Cleveland area to visit Trina!

ILoveBraids is second to none!!! I love coming here. Professional, good vibes, Black Owned and each if the ladies is friendly. Trina crocheted my hair in a style I've been scared to get but I love it so much . I usually have Trina do my hair, but Renee and Candy has both worked with me. Each of these ladies are amazing 😍

Trina is very professional, and has an awesome personality. My hair
is neatly braided and crochet. Her style of crochet is fast . I recommend everyone to go to her. I can't see myself getting my hair done by anyone else.

I love this place!! Trina was amazing doing my box braids and she did them fast. Usually at most places it takes them 5 hours she did it in in 3 hours. She was the best and it was a friendly environment.

Miss Krystal is phenomenal! I had never had a loctitian or anyone touch my new locks before. Krystal did my interlocking and retwist and my hair has never looked so good 🥰.
