Bizarre. Tim showed up, introduced himself and basically ran upstairs. Within 2 minutes of looking at the tub he indicated that the damage was due to someone "dropping something" into the tub. And that another area was paint? When we indicated that nothing had been dropped (other than maybe a plastic scraper?) and we hadn't painted anything, he became very offensive, got up, and walked out. Very unprofessional, emotional and hot headed.

There was no discussion about the problem or how to fix it. We were not rude, we just disagreed with his conclusion but were willing to understand alternative solutions.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. By the way, they are also listed under Bath Care. The websites for both lead to the same site.

I just talked to Donna at Tile MN. She was very short and said they don't to tile work. You might think about changing your site name.
