Always great service here. Everyone is very nice. You get your car back in a timely manner.

Super sharp folks here. Stopped by to diagnose an issue with start/stop. They found the issue and confidently explained how it was caused. Did not try to oversell other issues, great honesty. My favorite part of the experience was the explanation was done on video and sent to me.

The only part which wasn’t so great was the wait time. It was not something they can completely control, so plan for alternate transportation ahead of time. Still worth the full 5 stars.

I've been going to Feldmann for years for my multiple Mercedes. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. Had a slow leak in a performance tire in an AMG I've owned for a few months and they got me in within the hour and fixed it for free. Prior to that, I had a different Mercedes purchased from a different dealership and they fixed all of the issues it had and gave us a (very generous) gift card for our trouble. Had a Service A appointment on that same vehicle, and they replaced the windshield wipers for free. I've always had a great experience at Feldmann.

started like any other visit to a dealership but then started to go bad. however, at the end they came thru, made it right, and even without me asking or complaining. they even were able to deliver my car to my home. I will definitely bring my car here again.

I found a vehicle online at this dealership and after I did a little homework, I called to see if it was available. Jack Woodring answered and it couldn't have gone better from there. We took care of everything electronically and through phone calls on a Saturday along with the finance advisor, Dia Cha. I flew into Minnesota on Monday morning, was picked up at the airport from a nice young man from the dealership and completed the deal and hit the road with my new vehicle. Jack Woodring along with the other staff that I was in contact with were above and beyond in every category that a consumer could measure. I haven't written many reviews unless they were bad but the level of service that I received with this purchase was awesome and outstanding and I would highly recommend Jack and Feldmann Imports for a vehicle purchase even if you live in another town or city. Trust me, they will take care of you and you won't regret it!!!

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Matthew Sack immediately found the car I wanted with the options I was looking for. He kept me informed through the whole process and very knowledgeable about the vehicle.
