Olmsted Medical Center - Skyway Clinic

I have been going here for many years. I have always had fast great service. All the staff is friendly and very helpful. And if you park in the ramp they reimburse you if you’re there longer than an hour.

A little known space here in downtown, walked right in and got a flu shot with no wait time. Great location!

I have been to this clinic for 2 different visits. Long wait times. My last visit was over an hour late, you have to pay a meter for parking in the ramp - so I had to leave the waiting room and pay again. They do not do blood work at this clinic, you will have to go to the main clinic for tests. I also left a form to be filled out by my physician for my insurance. They lost it the first time, and I have to re-submit it again. I probably will go somewhere else next time I need to be seen.

Very disappointed in this clinic, waited 75 minutes for a simple TB screening. Clinic wasn’t even busy when I went in either. Don’t recommend.

Tried to hand out free parking passes for customers and the lady told my coworker to get out of her office.
