Great 1,000% awesome customer service. I got right in when I called in advance to make an appointment to get new tires. They also had my tires in stock. Everyone who was working in the auto center that day was so professional and was very, very nice to me and made me feel very special. Thank you! The service went so well, and now I'm riding in style with my new tires! I kind of wish they would have told me how my breaks were looking, but im sure I could go back and ask them with how nice and helping they are 10 stars!

Came in to get a nail removed from one not my tires. There was a pretty long wait but the CSR was very pleasant. The service tech informed me that the nail didn’t puncture the tire, so there was no Charge. Thanks Walmart for your honesty and taking the time to look at my tire.

Came here on a Saturday to do an oil change around 5 PM; there was a long line and apparently there was a bit of a wait before they'll get around to servicing our car. Despite that, we had a very positive experience with our service :) The young man who greeted us at the counter was friendly and super patient and helpful, even though he has many simultaneous tasks to take care of. All the mechanics and service personnel were doing their very best to help their customers. My family and I are grateful for their help with our car's maintenance needs!

Best prices for new tires and car batteries

I had my tires installed here it took less than 1 hour. This Walmart Auto Care Center is not understaffed at all. The technicians here are friendly and willing to help, and always answer the phone.

We ordered our trailer tires online at Walmart.com and when delivered we brought them into the tire center and had them mounted for free. Small charge for new stems and disposal.

5star for employees service at time of pickup. But I would give Wal-Mart auto center 1star. Couldn't get an appointment due to knowledge of when auto center opens and closes when I made the initial call after placing tire order. I could wait all day hoping someone may come in to work sometimes 9am sometimes 11 or not at all.

Today's experience was fast & furious! The gal at the counter was very knowledgeable and she treated me as a human being. Much respect to a woman working in a pre-dominantly male department! She showed professionalism and was very courteous of everyone who came through that department. Nice job Wal-Mart management team on your selection of a winner!

They're price was lower than others. There is no place to sit while you wait. I happened to have a lawn chair in my vehicle and used that. Standing for me for 1-2 hours is impossible. Their staff is good.

Excellent and very well organized! Staff are very polite and helpful. They give sound advice..letting you know other issues you car may have but with no intention of coercion. Thanks guys..👍

Very friendly folks here, and a great inexpensive option to get tires you bring in from TireRack installed. No appointments needed. Dean was very friendly and did a great job.

Staff's friendly and professional. In my experience, There's never a best time to come here for service because everyone gets here before you....unless there's bad weather. Be ready to be quoted at least a 45 minute wait however, they may get to and finish your work sooner.

Highly understaffed and long waits but blame corporate not the employees. The mechanics there seem competent and are mostly friendly even though being bombarded by Walmart guests

Very pleased with Walmart's Auto Center was able to get the tires I needed for my Volvo XC90 and they were reasonable and they were very professional.

I came in with a mistake from another Walmart and a tech & the floor manager(jason) came out to inspect the car. They offered to fix the issue without any hassle and were extremely sympathetic. 10/10 customer service
