I have a new home and so I thought my days of needing a plumber for clogged pipes was a thing of the past! Unfortunately that dream only lasted 4 months and then a backup happened! Mark was willing to fit me in on the end of a long Friday and I was very grateful! He arrived after most plumbers had gone home for the night, he explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself! It was great having him there and for him to take the extra time out of his day to make our day and weekend much better! I have no issue recommending Mark!

Mark is a life saver! I had standing water in my basement and he was able to come out and fix it the same day that it happened. He removed all of the debris and roots from my main sewer line and got the floor drains working again, he even checked his work with his camera system. Don’t hesitate to give him a call if you have any plumbing issues. I’ll definitely do business with him again.

One company came out and tried to clean out main drain but was unsuccessful so called Mark from Twin Cities Drain and he worked until he got through all the tree roots that were causing the backup. Mark has the right equipment to get through the tough clogs. He is a very personable and professional. Highly recommend!

We contacted TCD to clean out our main drain. Mark was super professional & friendly, too. I can't think of anything that he could do better. We highly recommend calling them if you have any drain issues!

I’ve had Mark to my house a couple times, and he does a great job. One time he even came on Sunday when I was in a bind. He always explains what is going on and makes sure I understand the problem and what he is doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We have a good time chatting while he works.

I had Mark come out initially to run a camera down our sewer line at the suggestion of our city who was planning to do some work. Mark found some roots that could become problematic and we discussed having him come back another time. Well, then next time came sooner than I had expected after we had a backup in June. Mark came out on a Saturday just to make sure we were taken care of. I like that he's a straight shooter and I didnt have to guess if he was trustworthy. He's a great guy with lots of stories and wisdom if you're willing to chat with him a bit. Mark did a great job and he would be my first call if needed again.

I called Mark on a Thur. morning and he was able to come Fri. morning and fix a plugged laundry sink. He was very professional, and personable! Took him an hour to fix problem, and really enjoyed talking with him! And the Price was right!

Mark was able to arrive the same day I called and was able to help me think through a challenging issue. It wasn't your normal main line sewer clean out. It was an outdoor underground gutter system. It's nice to find contractors that still think through an issue.

Mark- is the BEST!!, We had a sudden and serious blockage. We thought the worst- maybe a mainline. Mark saved us $$$$. Of all things!!! he augered out a rodent- that fell down the vent pipe. After a “big brand” outfit charged way too much and didn’t even fix the problem, I called TC Drain. Mark coordinated a convenient time to come to the house, called ahead and showed up on time, was very clear with his explanation of the problem and, best of all, was able to fix it! We had Mark out at our house a few years ago when our drain backed up. We were so impressed with his promptness, professionalism, and overall friendly manner that we asked for a fridge magnet so we could call him again in the future. Flash forward four years later and our drain needed cleaning again, and the first thing I did was grab the phone # from the magnet I had held onto for those many years -- Mark was out in a flash and was just as friendly and professional as I had remembered. You better bet we're keeping that magnet for the future, and so we can tell our friends!

Thank you, nothing like good service people. Even though we called about a water softener, which they don't work on. Time was taken on A Saturday - over the phone- to tell us how to shutoff water to the softener. Even allowed us to text pictures ensuring we used the correct bypass valve. God Bless you!!!

Mark came out on a Saturday, after Christmas and helped me out of a jam. We had a clog that affected half of our house and he was able to get us fixed up in less than an hour! He also was able to fix a clogged floor drain that had been an issue for years. Thanks again Mark!

I called Mark for a sewer line inspection on a house I was considering purchasing. He was very professional, responsive, and punctual. Also, he was a wealth of information. I will be keeping Mark and Twin City Drain in mind for future projects!

Five days ago a certain plumbing service came to us from Anoka county to our place in Shoreview and spent 20 minutes with a “snake” to clear out our shower drain of baby wipes that my teenagers had apparently flushed down the toilet, unbeknownst to us. The very same backup then occurred again just last night. We tried to call back that same service, along with 2 others getting no response, being that it is Saturday. ONLY MARK ANSWERED MY DESPERATE PHONE CALL. He asked about 20 questions and then gave me a quote. He responded roughly 2 hours later when he said he would and used a snake, a camera, and a chain link contraption to find a few more wipes that weren’t picked up the first time because that tech didn’t do anything but stick a snake down our shower drain. Mark was able to get the wipes to push through the line and we are happy customers. He is a true professional and worth the cost. I highly recommend. Thanks so much Mark!!!
