Steve Hasse - State Farm Insurance Agent

Steve has been my State Farm agent for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience with him or his staff. He is responsive, respectful, and actually interested in helping his customers get the best coverage at the best available price. He's got 40 plus years of experience and when you're sitting in his office, talking with him, he makes you feel like the most important customer in his life. Wonderful person and agent!

Stopped in to his office to get a phone number to call State Farm for a claim, his client had hit my wife's vehicle. Didn't receive a call back. My question is why. I think that is part pf being a good agent. Maybe he fails at that.

Doesn't return phone calls, I've called several times always get the answering machine. Don't waste your time with his office

He didn't get back to me. That says it all. After being insured for four decades with State Farm it may be time to switch. Especially after the Aaron Rogers debacle.

Wish I was able to leave 0 stars, over the past few months Steve has cancelled our house insurance, my car insurance for no reason with out any notice. I've tried contacting him well over 10 times in the past three months. He has not once called us back, i am the one the has to call his office in order to get things resolved. He will not call you back with an answer unless it puts money into his pocket. I've been over charged in September and October for our premiums. I called him and asked why and can not explain why. Now i am being charged $75 dollars extra a month for the next three month because of a policy change that never took place? This guy is completely out of his mind, I 100% recommend you steer clear from his office.

Worst agent ever. Refuses to return calls and secretary get a attitude when you show frustration.
