I started wearing merino wool socks about five years ago I buy six pairs every time I buy new boots I wear 2408 best boot I've ever had try them you won't be disappointed
I also stood on the insole machine the one they recommended was a very good insole

The 2 kind ladies helped me pick out some boots for my new job very kind and helpful hope to come back again💯

Bella greeted me with a smile and not once treated me like I was a inconvenience even when in my eyes I was being a bit needy with my boot selection. Bella knows her stuff about redwings. Been eyeing up those blacksmith boots :)

Pam, she is very welcoming and even with multiple customers she manages to remain calm and helpful. She help me find the perfect fit and boot for my feet and job activities. I highly recommend this Red Wing Store.

Pam was outstanding. My first time experience in store was amazing. She did a great job explaining my foor scan results and recommending the right insert for extra support. She went above and beyond to take care of me.

Staff was very helpful in helping me pick out steel toe boots for my new job! I really like the ones I got because I can twist tie them. Easy to get on and take off.

Stopped in today for a pair of work boots. The gentleman who helped me (of course I forgot his name) noticed the style I was looking at and after a few questions and a measurement zeroed in on exactly the pair for me. The only employee in the store at the time and was still able to take care of myself and the all other customers like a true pro. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Sorry I forgot your name dude but, if your manager is reading this- give this guy a raise now.

Nice store and owner. I had problems with my boots that were a defect and the owner replaced them under warranty no questions asked and informed me there was issues with the new product line and that I still had a few months of warranty remaining if issues arose again. Will return to do business again when needed.

Good service and helpful employees always find you what you are looking for.
And its a great boot for a higher price but good things don't come cheep.
I would recommend redwings of mankato to anyone looking for a good work boot or any kind they have all types.

First off I can be a very difficult customer sometimes. That being said Pam and the Mankato Red Wing Shoe store has exceeded my expectations at customer service every time I have had an issue. Can't think of anywhere else I'd want to get my work boots!
