Fantastic service again from Dean‘s. I found a plumbing leak this morning and Dean’s made it happened to get out same day to fix the issue. Brian Brown did an amazing job of walking me through my options and helping me understand next steps. He was kind, courteous and very professional. He quickly gave me an estimate of work that needed to be completed, once I approved it, he was on the job. Extremely fast and the job was done with amazingly high-quality. Bryan was fantastic and I highly recommend working with him and Dean’s. It’s nice to know that I can get a quality estimate and work completed by individuals like Brian working for a great organization.

Trevor (and Bryn) were both amazing installing our new boiler system. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful in finding the solution that best fit us, and precise in their execution of the work. Although pricing was a bit above where I was quoted elsewhere, the thoroughness along with the quality and service promise that comes with Dean's made the decision easy.

Had Luke and David install a new furnace an air conditioner in my home. Came on time, rolled mats out so didn't bring any dirt in the house. Explained how to operate the new system. Left the work area clean. Would definitely recommend Luke and David for a hvac install.

Brad and his partner from Dean’s plumbing were at my house within an hour of my choosing to purchase a new water heater and water softener. Talk about punctual, polite and helpful. Besides installing it, removing my old ones and leaving my space spotless, they took the time to advise me of how to care for my new appliances and shared the future services I can get through Deans. I wanted to praise the techs and services provided in our office last Friday. We have used Deans for many service needs throughout the year and have always been pleased with their professionalism and communication. Jake and Nate were out on Friday. They were helpful and answered all questions I had regarding the installation process. They stayed outside their regular scheduled hours to ensure the project was completed and everything worked. Both were informative, responsive, and professional.

It's rare that customers take the time to communicate what is going right in day-to-day operations. They both deserve acknowledgment for a job well done.

We had the technician Luke Leahy and his apprentice come by. They showed up on time, explained what they are going to do, installed a a/c unit and furnace, set up new thermostat, and walked me through what they installed and even fixed one of our ducts that had been messed up since we moved in. Would definitely work with Deans again!

Zach was terrific! Knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He removed an old ceiling fan and installed a giant drum light for us, making it look easy even though it was tricky. He then took the time to give us detailed estimates and advice for additional future projects. He’s so skilled that he’s been added to our condo’s “recommended vendor” list. Thank you, Zach!

Had Deans Homes service out for a Drain issue. Edward was my technician & I can’t say enough about how professional he is & knowledgeable & a genuine good guy! Had a few days with water issues because of Septic system then the drain issue. All is good now. But Edward is a very good guy! My dog like him too & that’s a good thing. Have my drain working good pleased happy. Thank you

I had Brad Van Hees come out from Dean’s and what a wonderful experience it was. He was such a great and personable guy. He worked hard and worked fast. I am so happy we had Brad and I’ve never had a better person to come out. He was kind and had a good energy and seemed genuine and honest. As someone who was nervous to have come out and fix this, I couldn’t be happier with who Deans sent to fix our problem! Thank you Brad and thank you Deans!

I cannot say enough good things about Dean’s. We dreaded having to repair our sewer line, but Dean’s made the experience go as smooth as could be. They use the best technology available, their technicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and they got all the work done in one day. All this for thousands less than our other estimates.

We experienced a pinhole leak in the copper tubing near to the city meter. Aaron D. Arrived quickly and explained several options for the repair. Aaron had to get the city utility department involved to turn the water supply off/ on in order to complete the repair. Aaron was knowledgeable and very well mannered. He also worked well with the city crew. I certainly recommend both Dean’s and Aaron D. Thank you!!!

Edward S. was phenomenal. He was incredibly polite and friendly, explained everything thoroughly before he started any work, including exactly how billing would work and any potential additional charges that may come up, and told me exactly what time the first hour of service began. He completed the job quickly and thoroughly. The problem was resolved and I was able to take advantage of the $49 coupon with no additional charges. I would highly recommend Dean’s after my experience with Edward today.

Ray R was great on the original inspection. He walked me through all the various issues with my existing furnace, helped me weigh my options, and was completely transparent. I even had slightly less expensive quotes but felt best about the quality and knowledge of Deans when I met him. The following day Luke L and Reed showed up and did a fantastic job on the install. Luke did a great job walking me through all the work they did and how to operate the new system. Could tell immediately their quality of work was very high. Barry W was great with all the electrical. Overall I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the professionalism, speed, and quality of the Deans team.

Great experience. Technicians were very professional, quiet and efficient. Asked my opinion on the placement of a unit they were installing on a wall. Wore shoe covers and cleaned and vacuumed behind themselves. Gave instructions on use and care of the unit. Very pleasant and friendly. Very satisfied with the service from “Deans”.

Nick A did an amazing job with all of our plumbing needs and made our new house so much nicer to move into. Ethan F made sure our vents were like-new clean before move-in, as well. Bryan P also did a very thorough job ensuring our electrical systems were safe for our family. He even threw in installing our new fans for free! He came back to ensure everything would pass inspection and keep our house in the best and safest condition. Dean's as a company has been such a pleasure to work with and everyone we've spoken to or worked with has provided incredible customer service. We will always choose Dean's for any house needs in the future.

Great staff across the board. They took the time to answer questions thoroughly and explained the job in great detail. I highly recommend this company for whatever services you need that they provide. They put in a new sewer liner for me and were very professional the entire time. Hard workers! I would absolutely refer this company to anyone!
