Paradise Full Service Car Wash & Detail Center

Best thing since the downtown are closed. Refuse to go to Mr. Car, wash the ruin the side of my car.
And refused to fix it saying that it was my fault. If I could get mister car wash zero I would. Paradise is the only full service car wash I trust.

Had some hard water spots that were baked into my paint from my lawn sprinkler system that I couldn't get out. Took it here to get detailed and mentioned the water spots. After they were done with everything it looked like a brand new car again! No more water spots. I just wish they would have put my floor mats back vs piling them all up in the trunk. That seems a bit lazy considering I paid almost $200. Other than that, service was great.

I got my car washed yesterday. Paid $34 and change for it. When I got home they had already closed so I went back today and showed the cashier my receipt and said that the job was not to my satisfaction and she said I was basically out of luck. The first time I went there it was a perfect job. What happened? They said they will not rewash it and they won’t give me my money back. I will never go there again.
Well…I came back at the behest of Ryan the manager at Paradise AV. It’s getting washed & cleaned as we speak. Ryan is hand scrubbing the grill. Thanks Ryan. More to follow after I get it out into the sun. Home and the car looks very clean. The tire shine didn’t stick & Ryan mentioned that it may be due to the age of the tires. I concur. Thanks Ryan for making this trip to Paradise worth it. I’ll be back.

I got the classic detail as a father's day present, and I was impressed. They were able to get all the salt stains out of the carpet, and even got a three year old oil stain off the ceiling. They cleaned every single compartment (of which there are many). They didn't clean the bed of the truck, which my wife was told they would do. No one walked me around to look at everything, which I assumed they would.

Paradise in Apple Valley is by far the best one I have went to in the south metro. Whether you’re getting an basic wash or doing a specific detail— they take care of you & my experience this morning proved it.

Started off with a solid experience w David when I first pulled in. I wanted to get a full service wash but parts of my vehicle needed some extra attention because I have two American Eskimos and the dog hair was everywhere. He helped me figure out what made sense for me and thats what I went with. The girl at the register was friendly... not fake friendly but nice. She let me know that I would probably be waiting about 30 minutes till the detail was done— which was nice to have a timeline. Then When I got called to go grab my vehicle from detail I met Kristen. Super solid as well. I had a bunch of stuff in my hands and she helped me out. She noticed a few spots that she felt could use a little extra attention and took care of it! She took initiative and went above and beyond. I live in Burnsville and the Savage one is less than two miles from my house but they don’t put in the work (in my opinion) had way more consistent effort at Apple Valley. Def worth the drive!

This should be everyone in the areas go to car wash. Jesse is a rockstar, and the company is very lucky to have him. He went above and beyond for an issue that was not even related to this paradise car wash location, because of his extra effort and extreme adherence to customer service. He has gained his company‘s business for not only myself, but all my family, friends and colleagues. I highly recommend that you visit this car wash and you would not be disappointed. What a wonderful place to bring your car for a high-quality wash! The staff there is extremely efficient and the General Manager Myal is extremely helpful and nice! I have gotten my vehicle washed and detailed here and I highly recommend it! Absolutely worth every penny! Plus, the monthly memberships and wash booklets are amazing for personal use and for gifts! Just stopped here today and the service was great! They actually wiped my rims down too and hit them with the rim cleaner when drying off the car. I use to come here regularly when I lived in Burnsville but now I go to the location off Lyndale in Bloomington. They typically do a good job as well but my rims never get cleaned/ dried off properly. Clean facility as well in Apple Valley.

We have had a monthly car wash (exterior skipper) with Paradise for many years. The people that work there are always kind and courteous and go out of their way to say hi! The towel dry service is great especially for winter. Definitely our favorite car wash in the area!

Got up early & see if they had a open for a wax job on my truck & they did. An did a excellent job.

This was my first time here and I did a full detail appt. I put in a request online late at night and received a call back right away in the morning to schedule a time that worked best for me. They did amazing and the car was spotless! The guy who cleaned it seemed so proud and wanted to show me all he did so he opened every door for me to inspect and make sure I was happy. They were amazing!! And super quick too - highly recommend

Will always love these style of car washes. The staff is thorough and quick at drying and taking care of the interior (depending on the package you choose). Will be back again and again!

I have the monthly. I am very happy with it. I can wash my car as many times a month/day as I want. Great for winter to keep the salt off. I don't have them clean the interior because, honestly, no one can clean to my standards so it's not worth paying someone to do a sub standard job.

Great value! The price is a little more than an automated wash, but you are getting the attention of actual people who open doors, wipe down tough areas, hand towel the car dry and also blow out the hard spots with air. I was very surprised at how many people spend time on the car to get it clean.

Never had a bad experience here. They're pretty thorough, the staff is nice, and it's an efficient operation. The price isn't outrageous, though it is more expensive than just a touchless wash at a gas station of course. My favorite thing, was this last time was my first time there with a car seat in the back, and they vacuumed out the car seat without me asking! I never even thought that would have been a thing! Love it.

They did a great job with restoring it to new. Deodorizer overnight and the last 5 years of "memories" have vanished. Good work to the detailer! Only wish windows had been spot checked a little more thoroughly, I had to take a rag when I got home to small areas noticed after the sun glared through but not enough to denote 5 stars to 4.
