What a dining experience! I’d give it 6 stars if I could. The wait staff were so hospitable and attentive. The food was delectable, fresh, inventive, and so flavorful. The Monchong fish with bone marrow butter was unbelievable and Wild Boar Meatballs were moist and tender! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. If want excellent food, hospitality, and service , you must go to Bleu Duck Kitchen! Thanks Rochester for 6-star dining experience!

This was a great little find as we were leaving the cities. The atmosphere is so cool. Classy and down home. The bathrooms are also very cute. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's a short menu, with amazing sounding options. Our food arrived very fast and it was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back.

Have been there about a dozen times or more. The menu is always changing, which is great!! Till you find something you love and will never see again!! ( Andouilli Bread Pudding being one of them for us!) The service has been amazing every time. The servers know what they are serving you and are also so fun! Oysters are bomb.. Super fresh and yummy! Our favorite spot! Had multiple oysters, the street tacos for a starter, and split the scallops. So flippin good.

Beautiful location, fresh and interesting locally-sourced menu, and fascinating cocktails. Service was perfect, just an enjoyable experience all around.

We’ve never been disappointed in a meal here but this review is about their Mother’s Day brunch (and I’m sure it holds for other special day brunches) - it is unparalleled in Rochester. The quality of every single item was incredible. They’ve really separated themselves from other good options for such functions. Really impressed. Already looking forward to the next holiday brunch!

This is our favorite restaurant in Rochester. We went last night for my wife’s Birthday with a few friends and it was amazing. We had drinks at the bar before hand and the bartenders were great. Our sever Darren was very knowledgeable about the menu and put up with our Annoying requests with a smile on his face. We did the five course meal, which we loved. Timing and Proportions were on point. Hope they continue to offer this.

Excellent food and service. Pictured is just part of our excellent Easter brunch, but have been for several other meals and Bleu Duck has always been a great experience. Must stop if looking for some excellent and higher class food in Rochester. The oyster bar is phenomenal.

My daughter, her boyfriend, and I went to their Saturday brunch. It was so delicious and a fun atmosphere. My daughter loves trying new foods and restaurants, and she was very impressed. We will go back when they are in town next time. They had a musician performing (guitar and singing) who was really good and the volume was perfect. There were all ages of people in the restaurant, including children.

By and far the best Restaurant in Rochester. They are not just staff , but family. Nikki is just awesome. Best time ever. Just celebrated birthday party there on Tuesday Date night.

Food was excellent, atmosphere modern and fun, service top notch. Save room for dessert-SO worth it. Only complaint is we were there for our anniversary, and we're not offered anything "extra". The hostess wished us a happy anniversary; however, complimentary dessert or something would have been nice. It's a small thing, but would have put the experience at an A+.

All around 5 star experience with this restaurant . The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, the owner came out and checked several times to make sure everything was on point, and the food was phenomenal! Every time I am in Rochester from now on, I will be stopping here. Thank you!

The food was excellent. Started with the shrimp which was cooked perfectly. Then had the squash soup which was also delicious. The steak was a great cut off meat and flavored perfectly, it was cooked just right and was nice and tender. The desert had a great combination of flavors of see and sour. Definitely on my list of favorite restaurant in Rochester. The service was great friendly and attentive. It might be a little expensive if you are on a budget but is worth it if are a food.

I was quite impressed! My filet on a lobster bread pudding was delicious! My server was equal parts cheeky, friendly and efficient. Great location, comfortable surroundings and good wine list.

Food was delicious. The cauliflower with humus was so fresh and perfect summer appetizer. The trout with the bean purée was so good. Nice ambience, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

An incredible first experience all around. Cayden was our service and he was wonderful. The oysters were seriously SO good. We split the pork benedict and they brought it out on separate dinner plates. There is absolutely nothing to complain about — only good things to say. We’ll be recommending Bleu Duck to others and will be back ourselves!

Bleu Duck never disappoints! Even right now, you absolutely cannot go wrong with their take out options. I've had multi-course dinners here, happy hour, and lately plenty of food to go, and every time I try something new that I love! Their presentation and attention to detail is fantastic, and the flavor combinations are always fresh. Plenty of fancier fare, but they've also got my absolute favorite burger in town.

Great spot for a excellent meal. Reservations are highly recommended, otherwise you might end up at the bar and there are only maybe ten seats max. It's hard not to get the duck when the restaurant is named Blue Duck kitchen. If you haven't had it before, make sure you get it on your next visit. The bread pudding was ridiculously good. I would go back just for that. Swing by and have a bite, you won't be disappointed.
