Thrifty Car Rental

Honestly our experience with Thrifty would have been a one star if it wasn't for this one very kind woman that helped us. We we're coming in from South Carolina for our grandmother's funeral. I hate that I didn't get her name but she was working inside on the night of Jan 22 and then was out in the parking garage on the evening of Jan 24. She made sure that we got the suv we needed to accommodate my sister, me, and my 2 babies. Then when we came back to return the car both of my children were sick throwing up all over and she was so helpful and kind, she helped us get all of our luggage/stroller situated! She honestly made that stressful chaotic situation so much easier for us to deal with just because of her pure kindness, I really wish I had her name because she truly deserves all the praise and a raise 🙌💖 if this woman sees this I want her to know how blessed she is and how much she blessed us BOTH of those days, we thank you so very much and don't know how we could ever repay you 🤗🤗

Richard, who might work for Hertz but was helping at Thrifty was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond when we had an issue with our car (twice). There was a LONG line of people, he was working alone and still was very friendly and made sure everyone was happy.
Please take care of Richard like he did for us. Thank you Richard!

My boyfriend and I were traveling from Nashville to Minnesota. When we got to Thrifty car rental at the MSP airport. Isham helped us. He was very patient with us while we anxiously looked at our options. Initially we didn’t understand the process, but he was patient. We are so pleased with the car and service we received! Thank you Isham for the incredible customer service.

We had an issue, Shaprea fixed it. Not only did she fix it, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I was blown away by the caring customer service. Were we inconvenienced? Yep. Did they rise to the occasion and make it right, yes, yes, and yes! These folks are awesome.

Great! Pick up was smooth. Staff was awesome and super friendly and helpful. Drop off was seamless and stress free. Will choose Thrifty again.
