Dollar Car Rental

We had problems with our key in the first car. Feel like other people before us may have been too rough with removing it. They replaced the car and were awesome to work with! Would definitely use them again. Very nice!

Awesome company. Very transparent and affordable company. Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved so the upgraded me at no cost to an amazing vehicle that made the trip so comfortable! Will always do business with this company going forward.

Dollar rental car saved the day for me. When my son and I returned our rental car yesterday, I realized that I’d left my wallet at the gas station where I’d just filled up the car. Dollar gave us a driver to retrieve my wallet which was eventually found by a Good Samaritan and the driver drove us to his location to pick up the wallet and then back to the airport. We even made our flight! Unbelievable service and generosity from Dollar.

I made my reservation directly through them instead of a third party. When I showed up there was no line, I handed them my credit card and ID, they asked the normal "are you interest in insurance and what fuel option would you like" I signed for the credit card swipe and I was on my way! It took less than 10 minutes, maybe even less than 5... I even got to choose my own car.

The manager at this location really understands and practices wonderful customer service. I reserved a 7 seat SUV for the holiday while I was in town. They did not have the vehicle at the time of pick up, so the employee put me in a 5 seater and called me once the full sized SUV was available. For the inconvenience of coming back to trade out cars, he waved the prepaid gas and the additional balance. The car swap was easy and took two minutes. They understood I needed that vehicle and made it happen. They really went above and beyond to make me happy. I would use Dollar again and recommend it to anyone.

I so far have rented 1 vehicle so far from dollar. The return did not go well at msp. Covid closed one of the msp locations. I will say tho the clerk at the desk was amazing. She was very very respectful. And management did everything possible to correct the issues that had arose. I will rent again.

I Noticed alot of reviews about drop off at wrong location. I had that exact same problem. I called the airport location and left a bad review threw there own review request. They contacted me and fixed it. Dollar will fix if you call the location direct or when u get your review request from hertz leave your negative they will respond.

Had to change my arrival flight times twice. No problem. Rate stayed the same even though I booked it through Travelocity. Walked right up to the counter at the airport. Fifteen minutes later I was driving out the parking lot. Car was great. On return, by the time I had my luggage out I had my receipt. I don't know how it could have been any easier or efficient.

Very satisfying experience. The agent went above and beyond to help me out. I missed a check-in desk and instead of making me walk all the way back with luggage, he did the paperwork at the little kiosk and got me into a car very quickly. Out of the airport in less than 20 minutes.

Very nice prices and didn't have a problem w/ making my reservations, friendly Customer service, great cars, they let u pick out ur own vehicle... Just wish the number they got registered online works lol but very good company to rent from, no hassle and they give u a discount to come bk,, So I'll let anyone know Shop w/ Dollar rent a car any day!!! LOVE DOLLAR EXECT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 20PERCENT OFF AND GOT ONLY 15 ANYWAYS STILL LOVE THEM HAD A GREAT CAR and its convenient for me with SUNCOUNTRY

No issues, my "express" program car that I had reserved ahead of time was there waiting for me, there was a selection of 4 or 5 to pick from, the car had 20,000 miles on it but it was clean, and worked perfectly well, fast in and out of the rental location, and the best price for this sized car (full) at the time of booking

ended up with a nice clean vehicle, dealt with a friendly staff of one (1) and didn't have any trouble at all with the return

Great experience. No hassles in picking up or returning the car. I was also given an upgrade to a premium vehicle.

Booked online, got to the airport at mn but could not find my reservation / confirmations number and my name was not in the system . I was given the same rate at the counter. I recommend.
