Great jewelry great staff, and recently great events. I’ve long been a customer of the cute earrings and edgy vibes and then she started having Brunch crafting events! You go to the store and there’s a spread of local eats (usually Vikings and Goddesses), and then you spend the rest of the time crafting and hanging out. I’ve made earrings, clay dishes, and letterpress cards. Then of course the shopping. The customer service is responsive and easily make any little issue right. Parking is plentiful on the street.

Love their jewelry. I’ve bought 2 bracelets. I had an issue with one and they responded the same day and fixed it and send it back all in a couple weeks. Very friendly staff. They rock. Would definitely recommend. Very unique pieces.

Saw this on our waitress in Savannah and I had to have it. How bad you ask? Went to the local store - they were out. Googled Amazon for replicas and said NO WAY. Went back to look at the merchant website and found the artists name and ordered direct. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS! I've already shared it on my Facebook and shared her link with coworkers. Beautifully made, great packaging. I'll be back!

Very impressed with Larissa Loden. Had a great experience in-store several months ago, but was most impressed with their customer service when dealing with a necklace repair. I shipped my broken necklace to the store, and they were able to repair it and send it back in a timely manner. I wear my necklace every day - definitely worth the price.

I first discovered Larissa Loden jewelry at the Renegrade Craft fair in Chicago a few years ago. Each time, I’ve gone back back and gotten another piece. I love my 2 Brene necklaces, they go with everything and I always get compliments when wearing them. I was traveling recently and had them too close to clorox wipes that leaked and tarnished the chains. Thankfully Larissa Loden were able to fix them for me. They look like new. What a wonderful service and they returned them to me so quickly. Beautiful jewelry and excellent customer service. Thank you!

I purchased a necklace here that didn’t work for me and Larissa herself explained to me the differences between gold plated and gold filled, I learned a lot and she’s so so so cute and sweet and even though the problem was my fault for not knowing, she still took the return. She also put my necklace on for me.. 3 separate times whilst also explaining the nuances of Disney adulthood.. love her, love the store, will be returning.

LL makes awesome jewelry--from elegant to irreverent to cute! Her brick and mortar shop is a win too. It's a bright and airy space with friendly, helpful employees. The products sold here are not just limited to jewelry--greeting cards, snacks, sexual health products, THC gummies, and crystals. Lots to look at!

Favorite local, handmade jewelry hands down!! I love the variety and quality of the earrings in particular. They're affordable while supporting local makers, and each pair is gorgeously designed. They often partner with other local organizations and share their profit to promote worthy causes. I've struggled with highly sensitive ears and had trouble with even "nickle-free" earrings in the past, but all of the LL earrings I own are comfortable and can be worn for days on end. I'm so glad to know about this awesome business and will be a longtime, repeat customer.

Prices are on the higher end, but quality is as well. You can easily spend an hour here looking around. I really like how they partner with community members for certain pieces. Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to as well.

Everything I have gotten from Larissa Loden is incredible - unique, beautiful, and great quality! A statement piece and conversation starter - people always ask where I got my necklace/earrings/etc. from when I'm wearing her stuff! I've gotten gifts from her for everyone... mom, sister, friend, and myself. Whether you're shopping online or in store at her location in the Northrup King Building, you'll definitely find something for everyone that you couldn't get anywhere else!

Love this jewelry, love this company. I ordered a few necklaces and USPS confirmed that the package had been delivered, however I never received it. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they offered to send a replacement order at no cost. I ended up receiving the package the next day and was able to cancel the replacement order before they sent it out. Just a great company and a pleasure to work with!

I received a Larissa Loden necklace many years ago as a present, it was my favorite necklace! I wore it everyday and it survived traveling around Europe with me! I was so bummed when it had broke.
